The Old Spaghetti Factory

Had the lobster crab raviolis, which, for the price wasn’t worth it. Undercooked and not much meat very little meat for the price there’s only five rarviolis very little Stuffing. Very disappointed.

Celebrating my birthday with family. We had 13 in our party and 7 were children. With all the chaos our waiter EVERETT was fabulous! He managed to keep everyone happy at all times (often not an easy task).

Decent family restaurant in very nice setting

It's the same food and ambiance from 30 years ago. I was surprised to spend $75 for two meals.

Disappointed. Simple take out order missing 2 entrees. Drove back to correct order. Missing two entrees again. Drove back 3rd time to correct order for no sympathy and minimal apology. Portions super small too. Not worth the price or wait. Busy fun place but it would help to have adults staffed.

Nice place to enjoy a long lunch. Or take a break from the drive to the mountains.

This location is an embarrassment to the chain. I ate there in person a few months ago and was very disappointed by the service (our server was rude and became angry when we asked for assistance). But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try this location again. I ordered takeout for a small group. They put the ice cream in with hot food. They didn't give us straws for drinks that required them. They didn't offer us parmesan. And then the final straw, they completely forgot an expensive item and when I called they gave me the run around to get a refund that literally took multiple phone calls and hours to get rectified. I highly recommend driving a little out of your way for one of the three other locations in the Sacramento area. They are also all larger with far better decor.
