The Sandwich Spot

The sandwich was OK but it took forever! And then they had Fox News playing on both TV. I just felt it was inappropriate.

Crunchy….yes CRUNCHY avocados? Disgusting. Meat was also sliced way too thick. Definitely not as good a place as midtown location.

Absolutely mess of a sandwich and atmosphere. Ever since the new owners took over they let the place go really bad and really fast. 15$ for a sandwich that's about 6 inches long. I can get a bigger one for that price literally anywhere else. Didn't even take down my name when I called in to place the order. This place used to be good but now avoid it at all costs. Subway is literally better than this place now which is sad.

We went in requesting a very weird sandwich and they were super accommodating and sweet. The sandwich was great and the service was fast! (Thanks for the pickle sandwich)

I was shocked to see the menu and the prices. It’s a lot higher than what I saw in any of the pictures posted. I ordered the Mustang and the sandwich was salty, soggy and didn’t have enough veggies in it. It’s like a cheeseburger with roast beef in it.

I was the first customer, the young gal greeted me and was polite while taking my order. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich when I was the only person there, I dont mind waiting when im not in a hurry. Signature sandwich was not what I expected ?

I would have went to subway if I wanted food and service this awful. I ordered 1 sandwich, tipped $2, so it was around $16. There was no one in line ahead or behind me. And then i waited about 15min for my 1 sandwich to be made. They had to heat up my bread, which seemed to take most of the time... was it frozen or something? The bread was crunchy on the outside and flat and soggy inside, and there were a couple big pieces of fat mixed in with the chicken, just disgusting. After spitting out the 2nd piece I threw the rest away. I have been to the downtown location more times than I can count, but this location is terrible. I will never come back again and will tell anyone who asks never to eat here. Too bad because the car theme and decor was awesome and the employees were nice.

First time going here and we really liked their sandwiches. Was confused about the sauces since no info was listed on their website but they had an explanation on location when we picked them up (image provided). Good quality and quantity of ingredients. Friendly staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Would recommend and we will be going back.

Sandwiches are good. The wait time is longer than most other places. Rough when you have short lunch breaks. Also, sometimes they have very vulgar music playing.

Wow, I haven’t had a sandwich give me the chills before but the sandwiches here were incredible. I came with my daughter and best friend and we got The Judge on Sourdough, The Skylark on a sweet roll and The Veggie Bomb on Dutch Crunch and split them all. They were all seriously incredible. Staff were awesome too. Highly recommend!!

Pretty much always perfection with my regular tuna sandwiches. Shout out in particular to Sharon and Rachel for consistently operating at a high level. To be great sometimes is like a clock that is correct twice a day (broken). This business always operates at a high level. Thanks from my mother and myself, a regular and local customer.
