I did an online order and it said 16-21 minutes I get there and it's been 16 minutes and they say it's going to be about 9 minutes ok np. I understand people a short staffed these days. But when I had to wait another 15 minutes and they sent 1 guy on his lunch I was a bit upset. Especially since last time I went there they had forgot some of my order. Maybe sending people on lunch during lunch rush isn't a real good idea.

After ordering online several times, this is my first review. I love some Wingstop fries and wings. I Order with extra seasoning on the fries and wings after the first time they made everything with no seasoning. And this is the 3rd or 4th time I receive everything with no seasoning. DONT EAT HERE

Absolutely crap service. I've been there enough to know they aren't fast. But after this time I've just had enough. I ordered ahead hoping that might save me some time. It didn't. I still had a 30 min wait time. Then they managed to exceed that.... by another 30 min. It does not take an hour to make some freaking chicken. What's more, after they missed the 30 min mark, they kept lying to me saying they were just about to bag it, when it turns out they hadn't even started cooking my chicken tenders yet. They wasted an hour of my evening that I was looking forward to spending with my daughter. I am never going back. Just unacceptable.

Giving 3 stars because I do enjoy the wings. The last 4 times I have walked in to get 10 classic wings (that's all) and there is an hour wait. I get once maybe twice but 4 times?!?! Kinda odd. Then I called Saturday thinking I would preorder before just going in and it was again an hour wait.

This is partly on them, partly on DoorDash but they forget food and mess up the order every time. This is now 4 times in a row where they have completely forgotten my chicken strip meal. I would say stick to the wings but those get messed up often too. My only recommendation is going to pick it up and then checking it thoroughly

Brandon over charged me and gave me the wrong order. I called him on the phone and he was very rude. I will no longer be coming here so disappointed.

It used to be a great place to eat at and order from. Recently every time I try placing an order they say that they are closed about to close or that they are understaffed. I tried ordering for a week and the same excuse. We drove over to the location and they took 1.5 hours for an order. The service is not what it used to be , I will no longer purchase food here anymore. To management you guys need to get it together.

Thank you for the burnt chicken! Absolutely unacceptable! They should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. The cook took this food out of the fryer & still decided to serve this to someone. I would rather you take longer on my order than serve me this! And had the nerve to ask me to return the chicken Wow highlight of my 2022

this is RIDICULOUS i ordered at 8:30 they said it would be AN HOUR wait as if that wasn't bad enough i got here at 9:40 STILL WASNT READY SHE COULDNT EVEN FIND MY RECEIPT i've been waiting for OVER TWO HOURS now and i'm still waiting along with a CROUD of people from door dash online orders ect. i have never seen anything like this ever. such bad customer service. what do they do here i'm so confused no ones order has been ready and they keep taking orders.

Chaotic scene. Dunno if they're just slammed or understaffed, incompetent or what. Overheard the cashier saying they've been handing out the wrong bags all day. At least one employee was trying to get it right but it's a simple thing to check the tag and what you're putting in the bag. And when you get the wrong order and bring it back and the people who got your order bring it back IT'S NOT AN OPTION TO JUST SWITCH BAGS. It should be automatic to remake the entire order. If you're slammed or understaffed it's real simple, don't take so many orders. Or leave more time to get things done. One employee left for the night, dropped his ranch at the entry and some spilled out. just picked up the container and left. Didn't bother to clean it up at all or even say anything. May want to be careful bringing in your kids for pickup as they were also playing some music with *lots* of profanity. Probably not the best choice to play out loud where customers can hear it clearly.

If I can give negative 5 stars I would. For the fact this is the worst wing stop I been too glad I didn't spend no money there. I went today around 5:30 for my lunch. When i went in there was no lines and the workers was not bussy but was clearly upset I came in. The person let out a sigh and ask if I was a pick up when I said no I'm here to order, she rolled her eyes and told me it was a 50 minute wait without even asking what I wanted. I look in the back and clearly see no tickets. All the baskets was full of wings and not a single worker making wings. As a former worker for wing stop my self I was done. For the fact wings take 12 minutes to cook, 18 mins for well done, for boneless is 6 mins and strips is 9 mins, where fry are 1 30 mins. I would not recommend this location to anyone. For the clear fact that this location no only don't want business but hires employees who rather lie to costumers to get out of work.

Walked in and asked how long the wait was said 20 minutes then every 10 minutes he just kept telling me another 10 minutes, then everyone went on break and was told that might not be for a little bit. I honestly don't know why these places don't have a limit how slammed a place can be. I will never eat at another wing stop again a place called "Just wigs" is across the street and has fantastic service and will be taking my business somewhere else.

So today I place a order for 30 wings said that their would be a 50 min wait ok that's cool it's Sunday I'm watching football so after waiting I go in to pick up my wings the cost was roughly 45 dollars when they go to ring me up they say that don't accept 100 dollar bills that's all I have in my wallet the kid said it was store policy and I'm like you don't have it posted anywhere that you don't accept 100 dollar bills so I end up leaving kid and lady at home still starving I guess I will order fire wings f*** off wingstop
