I went to Wendy’s this morning and stood at the counter no one acknowledged me or the other customer they looked at us and never came to take our order mind u it was not busy at all after standing there for close to ten minutes i and the other customer walked out the workers need to be retrained on customer service due to this happening that will be the last time i go there .

I used to really love Wendy’s. The last time I went through the drive-through and ordered a french fries a drink and a chili and the total came to $15. I won’t be going back to Wendy’s anymore.

Patties for the burgers look smaller, but the price has increased. My baconator is definitely smaller. My chocolate frosty tasted different. Something was definitely off about it. Disappointed to say the least.

Went to this Wendy’s tonight and the Drive thru employees were very rude they gave me the wrong order. I don’t eat beef I had ordered a chicken sandwich but got a hamburger instead. The young gal didn’t even know what drink I ordered the guy with her rudely said I don’t know it’s a large whatever. I hardly go to this place now I know why. Just rude

I usually go to Wendy's over any other drive through fast food for breakfast however today I am sad to say I am not pleased. I ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin combo and I get to work only find there is NO egg on my mc muffin, the McMuffin itself does not taste heated nor warmed, my sandwich is luke warm to say the least. My potato wedges are cold and stale as well. Obviously I can't go b ack as I am already at work, and did I mention I am 5 months pregnant?! I could literally cry right now.
Having experienced a lackluster Wendy's fast food experience, in Folsom, a few days earlier, hubs and I decided to try this location for a do over of sorts. This Wendy's is in Rancho Cordova on Sunrise Blvd (south of Highway 50). The drive thru experience, customer service, and food was good.
It was weekend high noon when we ordered. There was two cars in front of us. The line moved quickly. Hubs ordered 2 Dave's singles (one with and one without cheese). The cashier was courteous and helpful. We were charged the 2 for $7. The burgers were served hot. The burgers were neatly assembled and wrapped with care. The burgers tasted good; basic average fast food burger. No complaints.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 2 and that is a baconator meal. I got home and opened it and it was a chicken sandwich and that wasn't a big deal but then the chicken was so dry I could barely eat it even with 3 times more mayonnaise than should be on a chicken sandwich.

Seems everytime I have a big order here (7 total burgers) they seem to forget the "bacon" for Jr Bacon burgers or something else is off. Hit or miss anytime you order after 6pm🙄

Asked for cooked to order (fresh) the person running the drive thru said no problem itll be 7 mins. Heard another lady talking in the back saying everythings fresh. She made the drive thru person feel uncomfortable telling me “looks like we had a fresh one ready” you can tell she was just taking orders from the person that told her not to make it fresh. Sad to see this is the service you get now a days especially since employees are getting somewhat decent wages and the consumer has to pay through the nose for fast food.

Someone had the bright idea to clean the floors at 12 noon in the middle of the lunch hour. There was nowhere to seat and the floors were dangerously wet.
