Food is good as always. This location employee customer service is garbage. It doesn't matter how big one order is. Limit 4 ketchup packets. I guess bulk ketchup in restaurants squeeze container is cheaper than packets. I walked in, 2 employees looked at me and disregarded my presence. The only person who helped me was the man in the drive-through window.What happened to the egg and Swiss cheese.

I made a mobile order and my husband had another mobile order, they asked if we wanted them combined into one bag and gave us two different bags with one item and then the bag they gave us they said had both items did not in fact have two items.

I ordered through the druve thru a French toast combo with coffee 5 and 5. When I got it the food was a little cold but when I poured my creamer in my coffee it looked funny...thank God I looked down because all I saw were CHUNCKS floating in my coffee...I was driving so there was nothing u could do until I got home to throw it away...getting ahold of customer service to make them aware is a joke. Beware look before you drink or eat here.

Went for the Cobb salad for lunch. Kinda crowded, so I used the kiosk, and my order was ready in no time. The timing was awesome, and the salad was delicious. Very pleased.

The food is usually good and ready for pick-up on-time, but the person who I assume is a shift leader or maybe the manager is incredibly rude to both employees and customers. As I work nearby I often pick up orders for myself and my coworkers; at one point this person saw me going to take a bag and rudely exclaimed “that’s not yours” with a nasty look on their face. I’ve also witnessed them berate employees in front of customers on more than one occasion. That individual makes a bad impression.

Every night past 11 they say their systems are down either taking cash or nothing or they say they can't take cash either its been going on for over a month this was the one place I can afford to go after 11 pm management needs to look into

Gave us single baconator even tho we asked for double, the guy at the drive thru said they come double automaticly and still got a single. Called supervisor and didn't credit back the difference for a single, wanted us to drive all the way back to get a new hamburger. Don't recommend and waste of time and

Ordered and paid for double baconators and received single patties through drive thru. Supervisor/manager did not want to credit difference and still wanted me to all the way back to sunrise to get new burgers. Will not be returning to this place. Drive thru employee said they come standard as double but still got singles. They lied saying they told us to park to get double but that never happened.
