Wait time is ridiculous. Ordered 6 piece tenders for online for pickup. Said wait time is 16 to 21 mins. Showed up at 20 mins and there were 5 other pickup orders in front of me to which NON of our orders were ready. Told us 10 more minutes and still waiting after 20 mins for my order!!! This place sucks and will.never come back to this location.

Three times that I came here and experienced horrible customer service. Clearly after all the reviews, management simply does not care. I was hoping things got better but it has only gotten worse. Don’t come here! You’ll be treated terribly and will have to wait very long for your online order. Take your hard earned money somewhere that will appreciate their customers.

If you have a 30 minute lunch break, don’t go here. Time and time again I give them another chance and I am left angry. I order online and I am quoted 16-21 minutes every time. I even wait 30 minutes before I leave my job to drive over. Upon arrival my order is never anywhere close to being done. I wait an additional 10-20 minutes for my order, so double the quoted time. Now I’m late to work and have to return starving. Every. Single. Time! Do not come here, you will leave frustrated and starving every time.

This is probably the worst location I’ve ever experienced. They burnt my fries so bad I genuinely had 3 edible fries. No sauce on my wings. It was delivered so I guess they thought they could give us burnt food.

today I had a negative experience at the Wingstop restaurant. I waited for my order for a long time. While I was waiting, I saw people ordering and receiving their order within 10 minutes. I waited for about 30 minutes. The restaurant workers ignored my requests to make an order for my customer. One of the workers told me "If you don't like something - make a cancellation!" And she told me this when I had already been waiting for my order for 30 minutes! I and other dashers constantly encounter similar problems in this restaurant. The waiting time for orders is almost always inflated here and in most cases it is because the restaurant workers treat Doordash workers very badly. They are constantly rude, ignore requests, show their irritation, never apologize for an order not made on time.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my enemy the service is bad too long of a wait for food, Wingstop closes at 11:00 p.m. we then we will stop until 12:00 he really need to get their shifts and stuff together 😔😔 they were playing music like it was a club.....
