This place is always dirty. The employees wear earbuds while helping customer, they are not attentive and have no sense of urgency. I came and gave my name while my food sat on the to go shelf for 20 minutes. Food was cold and not apologetic at all. Brandon is the only one worth something there.

When you’re trying to call, they never answer Then, when you finally do get through they place you on hold for a long period of time to where you have to call back and then when you get your order, it’s an hour long and then when you do get your food, the chicken is like dry and small

Placed an order at 9:45PM and didn't receive my food until 11PM. Staff never checked on me or gave me updates to my order. They just kept saying "10 to 15 more minutes" when it's already passed my pick up time. I also ordered all flats and that was incorrect as well. The employees were moving so slow and the only reason I didn't complain was because they all looked miserable already.

Worst wing stop I’ve ever been to all of them employees were rude. First I tried to call in the rude lady put me on hold for 20 minutes so I decided to order online but I still had to sit and wait another 20 minutes just for the guy to give me attitude when I asked what was taking so long. Food finally is ready I get to the car and realize there is no fork or napkins. Go back inside form the guy to tell me they are out of forks for an entire week and give me paper towels instead of napkins. There was one girl with a ton of piercings in her face that was and 2 young men one with glasses who charged me extra for sauces that should have already been in the bag and the other who was making our food and kept telling me that we’re up next while 3 people that came in after us got their food before us. Absolutely ridiculous horrible experience

Start things off, the floor feels nasty and looks nasty. Not sure how often they clean the floors but would not recommend eating for dine in. Second, the prices are now ridiculous, at the new prices you are best off going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I mean these wings aren’t fresh, you can see them dump them from a frozen bag as you wait for ur already over waited food to be cooked. Third, I got home 5 minutes later and my food was cold to the touch, like I don’t understand how you serve food cold, I would be embarrassed specially with four workers on duty ( I noticed only two actually working). Overall, this place use to be good now it’s not, it’s dirty nasty and the food is cold.
Ordered online through their app, waited nearly an hour for our food for it to be all wrong. It was cold and soggy. We called our delivery service and said there was nothing they can do. So we went in person and they said they couldn’t do anything. No refund, no remake. Unprofessional workers and their person in charge, who I was told wasn’t their actual manager, had an attitude and did nothing to help us. Never coming here again.
