This is one of the best kabob places i have been to. Lamb and chicken are perfectly cooked and delicious all the food was super fresh. Theres an amazing chef in that kitchen i highly recommend you try this place.

Yummy Kabob is an absolute hidden gem. A mom & pop restaurant with deep Armenian roots. The food, no matter what you order, is exceptional. The setting is old-school, traditional. Great real food, prepared by great people. I can't recommend it highly enough. I go there all the way from El Dorado Hills; it's that good.

Food is good for the price. The wait time might be a bit extended, but it's definitely worth it! Why? Because their food is exceptionally fresh, cooked to order rather than pre-prepared. The establishment is clean, although it does have a somewhat generic atmosphere without a distinctive style. I couldn't award a full 5-star rating mainly because it feels a tad overpriced - $15 for a salmon dish without drinks seems on the expensive side. Perhaps I'm just accustomed to buffet pricing. :)

Very good good. I drive by this place for years wondering about it so my husband and I decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. It's fresh but I agree with one review. The rice is plain and the salad as well. Would have loved some sumac to sprinkle on my plate. We'll go back though. It's close and easy to get to for us.

Food was awesome. Shwarma lunch special only 9.99 with heaping amounts of meat. All tastes fresh and with good ingredients. Affordable as compared to other similar restaurants. Very casual environment, not the fanciest but the staff provided great service and food was great.
