“I decided to give this buffet a try despite seeing a lot of negative reviews, and I think some people may go in expecting the worst before even giving it a chance.
The service was actually one of the better parts of my visit. We were seated immediately upon arrival, drinks were brought out quickly, and the staff was friendly and respectful throughout the meal.

As for the food, it was a mixed experience. I really enjoyed the salad bar, soups, rice, chicken wings, and chicken teriyaki. Those items were fresh enough and had good flavor. I wasn't a fan of the sushi selection, and some of the food dishes didn't look very appealing, so I chose not to try everything available. I do have to be honest about the downsides. Some of the plates and dishes weren't completely clean, which is something that definitely needs improvement. The seafood section could also use some updates, and I think refreshing certain menu items would help the overall experience.
Overall, lunch wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem. I can't speak on the dinner service since I only visited during lunch hours, but there were enough decent options to leave satisfied. With some improvements to cleanliness and food quality in certain areas, this place could earn a much better reputation.“

“My husband, nephew and I arrived around 2 pm today. We were the 4th family in line. We were in line for about 5 minutes. We filled out plates with salad and found a table. I had cream of mushroom soup, cheesy garlic bread, cornbread with butter and French baguette bread. The food was delicious. I miss the original Souplantation. We hope that more Soup 'n Fresh are open closer to Los Angeles. Whenever we're in the area, we will definitely come back.“

“I Love their Food! The food was fresh and you can eat plenty!! They also have someone who can cook to your liking. They had soups, salads, fish, crab, shrimp ?. Even deserts! It is definitely a family restaurant. Their were families with their babies, toddlers and children. Everyone seemed to have fun, and it was delicious!! I will definitely go their again. They also give a senior discount! And the price is not much.
