California Pizza Kitchen at Victoria Gardens

Had a great experience at California Pizza Kitchen. The service was fast, the atmosphere was nice, and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend the BBQ Burnt Ends Pizza, the Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pizza, and the Mexican Street Corn. It’s also a great spot for families, with lots of shopping nearby, making it a fun place to visit with kids.

The waiting time is too long and they don’t respect the time promised to get sitted, was told one hours had to wait an hours and a half, not enough personnel to attend customers

Highly recommended.! I have been there on Sunday very busy day for the staff they take some time for get a table and give me forks but it’s comprehensive. The taste was exceptional

An absolutely dreadful undercooked mushroom pizza. Not only were the mushrooms not sauteed beforehand they were just piled on raw. A completely doughy crust. I sent the pizza back and got one with burnt crust and still undercooked mushrooms!!

stef was so incredibly rude to me and my friends when we politely asked for a table after being told it was a 15 min wait and waiting 45 minutes. we also saw them seat people before and after us who had just walked in with no reservation. stef you were so rude and i hope to never see you again

I placed a pepperoni pizza order through DoorDash and they had the nerve to send to pizza with burnt crust. Not cheap and on top of that burnt. Very disappointing!!

This place has no respect for their customers and trying to solve any issues. We had a server Delaney double charge me & promised one charge would go back to our account. NOTHING has came back & in reaching out they have done nothing to resolve the issue…. it has been absolutely ridiculous.

Came in on a weekday when it wasn't too crowded. No one ever came to the front to greet me or give me a table so I ended up seating myself at the bar. There were several employees laughing and cursing loudly in the back near the produce fridge for a good portion of the time I was there. The bartender Austin was great, but my food was slow to come and I could see the desserts being touched by bare hands. The FOH manager didnt seem to be doing much other than looking at order tickets that came in. Not sure if it was an off day, but I would've preferred to go to Yardhouse next door
