The donuts here are delicious; however, one of the workers (possibly the owner or manager?) is not a friendly person. My son and I came to get a donut and were asked to leave because she was busy working on someone else’s “vegan” order and couldn’t take our order for 15 minutes. We came back and heard her say the same thing to another person. It’s understandable to be overwhelmed but 1) there was no apology 2) the tone of the worker was rude and 3) what was up with her anger at at the “vegan order?”
We went to Dunkin’ instead.

Joy ( the young lady who made my order) was extremely sweet and did an outstanding job on my order! I’ve decided to order some for my job and they absolutely loved them! I just wanted to get on here and give a huge shoutout to Joy and Duck Donuts for her outstanding service and I’ll definitely be recommending her and duck donuts to everyone! 100/10

I've been to Duck donuts twice in the last week. The first time I was blown away by how fresh and delicious their donut was. My son ordered a breakfast sandwich and was also a huge fan. The second time I went back with my husband and we were incredibly happy with not only the quality of their donuts but there friendly staff. Joy helped us and was very friendly, she had a smile the entire time and apologized for any wait. We had no problem waiting though, we love thay everything is made to order and made with love. You don't come across businesses like that anymore, so THANK YOU Joy and Duck donuts.

I came in for a quick treat during my morning motorcycle cruise after work and at first there was a malfunction with the frying machine, and I was given a refund and a free voucher but before I left, thankfully the machine started working again and I was able to get my morning treat thanks to the amazing manager Joy. She was very sweet and helpful. I appreciate her very much. You guys stop should stop by to grab yourself a warm fresh donut.🍩

My friends and I stopped by to enjoy a dessert after celebrating a 75th birthday. As soon as we walked in the employee greeted us with a very snappy attitude. I decided that I didn’t need to spend my money there so I waited outside. All of a sudden the employee started yelling and cursing and told my friend to get out of her store!! We were in shock!! Then she ran outside and opened the door of a red car parked in front. We didn’t know if she had a gun or what so we hurried out of her way. She ran back to the store screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs then grabbed one of the chairs in front of the store and started beating the table with it!! I don’t know what caused her unprovoked tantrum but she obviously needs some kind of help. I hope the store has cameras because this kind of behavior should not go unchecked. Needless to say, I don’t know if the donuts are good or not and it’s not that important for me to find out.
