I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review but I went in on MARCH 22ND AROUND 5:45ISH. I ORDERED A LARGE ACAI WITH ACAI BASE AND BLUE PINEAPPLE. STRAWBERRY, BANANA, RASPEBERRY BLUEBERRY AND COCONUT, PEANUTBUTTER, ALMOND BUTTER DRIZZLE. LOOKED AMAZING...UNFORTUNATELY I SUFFERED THE WORST CASE OF FOOD POISINING I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE. AND SADLEY, IM STILL RECOVERING.ITS BEEN A WEEK AND STILL HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO EAT SOLID FOOD. PLEASE PLEASE WASH YOUR FRUIT CORRECTLY. PLEASE. WASH YOUR HANDS, KEEP THINGS FROZEN AT PROPER TEMPS AND AGAIN PLEASE WASH THE FRUIT CORRECTLY. I CAN'T EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH.IM HOPING TO REGAIN STRENGTH SOON AND FEEL 100% AGAIN.

IV Juice Bar is absolutely outstanding. They have a wide variety of bases for their bowls. Today I ordered Uber, Blue Pineapple and Coconut. Multiple options for toppings and the fruit juice overflows on top. And then more options of coconut shavings, different types of seeds, dried fruit and chocolate morsels. Add almond butter or honey for the final touch.

I love coming here and the bowls are great and so delicious, one thing that just bugs me and makes me not want to come back is the negative attitude from the girls. The customers service is not so great they just always have an attitude and want you to hurry up and order so you can get the hell out of there. So it’s hard to support small businesses when they don’t appreciate you and owner is never around

The Açaí bowls were unlike any of tried before. The açaí flavors were phenomenal. My sister had blue pineapple and I had regular açaí. Normally I don't eat this type of food, but I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time trying IV Juice Bar. I had gone with my two sisters for a small out outing, and it burdens be to say that the customer service was very subpar. As my sisters and I ordered, we received such negative attitudes from the staff. One instance was as I continued to look at the menu, I felt rushed to order since the worker that day (blue hair), would continue saying "I can help who's next" although it was apparent that I was still looking at the menu. None the less, I made my selection and stood with it. When it came down to the toppings, one of the workers (had bangs) asked me if I wanted everything on it, in which I was confused because I didn't know what came on it. After, she stated "Do you want me to read it to you", in a condescending tone. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my customer service experience. I understand that the workers are young and may not know how to properly engage with clients. But if you are looking to just get your bowl and not have to deal with negative attitudes, you are better off just ordering online, seeing it be that the workers lack the necessary social skills and social cues to properly communicate and service others. Other than that, the bowl I ordered was very good. Customer service, not so much. Protein Bowl: 4/5 Customer Service: 1/5

I don't know, but this is the second time I've been here and the protein shake keeps getting more water down and tasting like pancake mix. Sucks because it is expensive for a small and it taste different everytime now.

This place never fails in being one of the best açaí places! The staff working on 12/26 at 1:25pm were some of the best staff I’ve encountered when going to any açaí bowl location. My fiancé has a nut allergy and this is the first place to go above and beyond in ensuring there was no cross contamination! We were very grateful for this and definitely recommend coming here! The options are great and the flavors are great! 10/10 recommend over any other açaí bowl places in the area! Friendly staff and great options!Dietary restrictions: Nut-allergy options available
