K-Towne Pho - Fontana Pho 2

The food was not the best, and we wanted to return the food that was different(nasty). (Server) She did take off one, but when she brought out another unpleasant meal that was different(nasty). She did not want to return it saying their "policy" did not allow her to take it back for a dumb reason. The reason was the other meal we wanted to take back saying it cost more than the other meal so she could not take it off which later she did. It was obvious she made that up or something. Now the service was not the best. I know she was trying something I could not say her best. She said there is no reason to fight, which we were not over some nasty food she must of had us confused with someone else and I would hate to say because we were black or something I do not know. I did like the mozzarella corndog. Hope you all have a better experience and I do not think I would come back. Everyone experience is different, and I hope yours is better. Note: The food is not the best, but the passionfruit drink was delicious. I would come for drinks, but with the food, be careful and cautious. Also, it was just us, and the service was slow, I understand you have online orders and all that, but you guys should get more servers or have her move faster.

Signage is still up for KTowne88, but don't be fooled like I was. Koren food on the menu is minimal. I ordered queso tacos - they came with no cheese ? They do not have the black bean noodles anymore. I also ordered a glass noodle dish with no mushrooms - came with all mushrooms and no meat. I understand mistakes happen, but this was different. Not at all the same portions or quality as KTowne88. I'll be surprised if they make it.

So glad I discovered this place! Their food is delicious. My favorites are the bulgogi fries, bibimbap, spring rolls and the PHO of course !

My son is a PHO snob and says this is the best he has ever had! Be patient, it can take a little time to get your order because the food is so fresh and made to order. But that’s a good thing isn’t it?

My wife and I recently ordered a bahn mi and spring rolls from your establishment. We were disappointed with the spring rolls. The chicken in the spring rolls was particularly dry and chewy, suggesting it may have been overcooked. Additionally, the bread of the bahn mi was somewhat tough. We also noted a significant wait time of approximately 45 minutes for our order. We understand that online orders can be demanding, and we would suggest considering additional staff during peak times to ensure a more efficient dining experience.

I was a bit hesitant to try this place, but it turned out to be really good. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent and fast! Surprisingly, it was fairly empty when we went, even though it was a weekend during lunchtime. Hopefully, more people discover this spot—the food definitely deserves more attention!

It has been years since I've been here. I remember their food being amazing. Today was really bad. The bimbimbap came out with old, cold rice and the hot stone wasn't even hot. The server kindly remade it but it still wasn't good. The veggies have no flavor and the rice is not fresh. Super disappointing to waste money on something I didn't even eat.

I've been coming here for a while.... but sadly its been going down hill. The quality isnt there anymore. I understand the need to raise prices but the quality should still be there. The chicken katsu was extremely tough in texture, and the spicy kimchi soup lacked flavor .

Ordered both the pork and beef soon tofu stew, very disappointing; the soup was way too thick, and the texture was very off-putting. It tasted wrong as well, too sweet, almost as if there was marinara meat sauce in it. The side of rice was also really dry. The side dishes of kimchi and cucumber were definitely not authentic but tasted okay. I will say that the lady who served us was very nice and hospitable; that’s really all I can say.

The soft tofu is very sweet, the black bean noodles are very salty, the ribs have no taste and there are only 7 pieces of tteokbokki… At least it’s worth eating the bibimbap with the seasoning…

The service was excellent, but the food not so much. I'm not sure why it has so many stars. Honestly the food taste weird. I have tried many Korean places and this is not a good representation of it.
