I had been here last year and the food was good and tasted fresh I went this time it was pricey and the quality and taste just wasn’t there for the price also why would you tip if a robot is the one helping you I mean if you’re antisocial this is a great place but the food and price wasn’t worth it probably won’t be back the wait time was crazy however you can reserve your spot on their website so that’s a plus over all it was ok

Not much variety, and if you already know what you want is faster to order than to wait for it to show up on the belt. We tried the ramen and it was very disappointing, the broth was sweet we had to add a lot of sou sauce and it was still too sweet. I think that may be the reason for their brothless ramen.
Cute gimmick but not for real sushi lovers Sas to say i don't think I'm going back anywhere ime soon.
Food was good service was kind of slow.

Really good quick sushi. 4$ a plate which is 2 pieces buuut still a good experience
My wife loves sushi and we have been to this location twice now and our experience has been great each time.
I don't like sushi but they do have some non-sushi options for those who do not want sushi.
Food is good they have a good selection

Novelty costs a small premium, but this brings back fond memories of eating at such places in Japan. Food was good, but not spectacular. We will be back one day.

Why even allow walk in reservations if they’re going to take 3 hours?

Kura Revolving Sushi in Rancho Cucamonga is one of those spots I find myself returning to often, especially when I want a quick lunch. Usually, I come alone, and there’s practically no wait, which is perfect when I’m short on time. That said, it’s a large enough place to accommodate bigger groups too (up to 4 or so at a larger booth), so it’s pretty flexible. The downside is, like everywhere else, the prices have gone up. It’s not outrageous, but I do notice it when I’m ordering more items.
The variety is great, though—my favs are always the Spanish mackerel and scallop nigiri — and the revolving belt makes it fun. My go-to items are always fresh, and the experience is consistently enjoyable. The only other hiccup is that parking can be tricky, especially when the neighboring businesses are busy, but that’s not really their fault.
Overall, even with the higher prices, it’s still one of my favorite spots. If you want fresh, quick sushi with plenty of options, Kura definitely delivers.

They’re just turning people away due to the “system being down” instead of offering alternative solutions. Didn’t even offer a time the issue may be resolved by. Disappointing.
Amazing sushi spot! My kids absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere. It’s a great place for a family meal. We will definitely be back!

I don’t really like to leave reviews, however this restaurant reminds you of the declining customer service there are nowadays. I understand it’s a kura eat on your own & serve yourself. But, I still was not satisfied with the service. I ordered my food for pickup. The food is always amazing, but it’s the attitude of the waitress’s they don’t acknowledge you they walk in front of you look at you & go to the back & ignore you. I had to ask 3 waiters for my food but they “couldn’t hear”. Not a smile not a nod nothing, idk but if I’m going to pay for food don’t make me feel like I’m a burden for food I’m buying especially if it’s just for to go.
