This location specifically is the best location I've been too. From service to the food quality it's unrivaled. Highly suggest you get there early as possible, it gets packed around 7pm

I purchased takeout. I spent $80.00 which is the usual. I went in, placed my order and was told that my order would be ready in 20 minutes.
I waited 43 minutes for my order. I think that the sushi chef ignored my order because it was takeout.
A customer came in right after I did. She walked over and set herself at the bar.
By the time I received my order, that dine in customer was at the register, paying for her order. We walked out within seconds of each other.
The server never once apologized for the 25 minute delay. He blamed another server for not telling me that it was actually going to be 30 minutes vs. 20 minutes. It makes no sense since it was he who took my order. Shouldn't he have told me how long it would take to complete my simple oder? 4 spicy tuna hand rolls no cucumber or avocado and 4 salmon hand rolls, no cucumber or avocado.
If it was going to take 30 minutes, I would have chosen to take my business elsewhere and come back at a more convenient time.
The waiter never took any responsibility for the delay nor did he apologize. I have spent a handsome amount of money there rather I am dining in, takeout, or delivery. So understand my disappointment in the conduct of the employee.
People never realize who those customers are that choose to pickup, or have someone else pickup their takeout.
Mind you, I got home only to find avocado in all four of the salmon hand rolls.
Sometimes, things just happen to let you know that something has run its course.
Omokase, I am moving on. I heard the Sushi One Spot is topnotch and has wonderful service. I am saddened that your waiter was so indifferent to me but, I will not allow anyone to treat me with such disdain for absolutely no cause.

We love this place! Food is fresh and clean. Staff is so kind. Maria, Jhonny, Alex, and Kayla and jean are the best.

Best sushi in rancho I'll say

Easiest dining experience, ever! Came in, got a table, ordered, and got our drinks and food all within 15 minutes. Didn't have to ask for refills, they were on it. Ordered more food and we had it in minutes. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. We orders several rolls and sashimi. Everything was delicious! Sashimi pieces were huge and tasty! Great overall!

Literally me and my lil family favorite spot. We eat here once a week. I love the servers the food and the drinks!!! Literally the best+

Easiest dining experience! Came in, got a table, ordered, food came out quickly, ordered more, received within minutes, drinks were refilled without asking, check was brought without asking, it was awesome! The sushi was really good, too. Sashimi looks a bit pricey, but it's very much worth it! Thick, fresh slices and it's delicious! Even the ginger and wasabi tasted fresh. Great dining experience!

Poor quality fish, very slow service I had to send back the sushi it tasted off and they didn’t even remove it from my bill. Dont recommend

My boyfriend and I have been coming here since 2022. I LOVE this place!! They keep the lights dim so it's nice for romantic nights but they're affordable and their portions are sufficient while maintaining good presentation of the food. Of course, it tastes great too! I love the shrimp tempura roll or the philly crunch.

This Japanese restaurant uses fresh ingredients, and freshness is key in Japanese cuisine. My spouse and I, along with our three children, spent $95, excluding tips.
