I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location due to the unprofessional behavior of a clerk named Anthony. My daughter coffee had spilled, and I informed him that the area needed to be cleaned for safety and courtesy to other customers. Instead of addressing the situation, he dismissed me and said, “We don’t clean outside.” He also did not offer a remake of the drink, which Starbucks typically guarantees as part of their customer care. On my way home from an event I stopped at this Starbucks to get a tea. It was the only coffee shop around the area that was still open late. The place was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I ordered a medicine balm tea sweetened with lemonade, my go to drink at Starbucks. Overall it was a good experience coming here on a late night.

I've had nothing but friendly employees when ordering through the drive-through. My friend remembers me when I order, lol. I even get cute little comments on my cup. Fast and friendly service.
