I want to like this place but I'm sorry the times I've ordered here they put an insane amount of ice in their cold coffees to the point it's overflowing at the top and you can barely put a straw in it. It's upsetting to pay for coffee and just get mainly ice with a little bit of coffee. Some drinks on the app you can't customize the ice quantity anymore. Not sure I'll be returning. I don't particularly like how the drinks are made and that it's mobile order only.

Their iced coffee ALWAYS tastes watered down. Just go to the other Starbucks on Day Creek. This pick-up location's coffee always tastes terrible

Incredibly unreliable. I went to pick up my morning drink at 5:30. The store opens at 5:00. When I arrived the store was locked and no one was inside. While I waited in my car, five other upset customers tried pulling on the door to get inside and pickup their orders and left pissed off. I waited 20 minutes and then left without my order fulfilled. Take some pride in your work and don't open up a store if you don't have the capacity or capacity to manage it properly. I certainly won't by returning

After waiting over 25 minutes for a hot coffee with cream in iur order that never was never ready (we had to leave without), my egg bites were mashed up, and my daughter was late to school. This Starbucks needs help!

Our order was placed at 8:50 and said it would be ready at 9:05. At 9:20 it was still not ready. We had to leave without a drink.

Horrible experience at this location.I certainly went once to get myself a ham and cheese croissant and i was rang up without hesitation. not only was i rang up i asked for a water cup and employee kindly asked if i wanted a venti cup.I honestly didn’t know that this location was only “pick up” only.I then had went a second time because i wanted a morning bagel and i asked to place a order and associate with glasses and highlights rudely spoke to me as if i was dumb and implied that location is only “ pick up”i overheard her asking a male if he wants a drink and male had denied.Male who entered was cash handeling and obviously dropping / picking up cashSo let me get this straight, employee can flirt yet the minute a customer walks in the customer doesn’t matter?Associate made me feel really embarrassedI felt extremely embarrassed as i had to walk out.Negative 5 stars as i will be calling managementand anywho who cares for starbucks anyways?

Well after reading Peggy's review I had to write one regarding my experience from day one. I also work in this center and from the store manager on down I have never seen anything but happiness and kindness. I know the name of every single worker and they are an amazing staff. I think one of the issues is that people cannot read the sign that clearly says PICK UP!!!!! And it says it TWO times, yet people come in and still try to order....? People give this place a try you will not be disappointed

Wow! This Starbucks has to be the best of the best! I came in and felt immediately welcomed! The baristas are so fun and are always on time with my drinks! The store is so cozy and warm too! Thank you starbies!

I was so excited to have a new starbucks within our workplace center. On day one of walking into our new starbucks. I had the MOST Disappointing service . First, I was treated so disrespectful by the Manager and team members. I realize now, how if feels to be discriminated and giggled at. As a older person, who doesn't use my phone for ordering- I was treated like a dummy. This store needs a lesson in how to treat and respect they're elders.. would you want your grandmother being laughed at? I spend around $1,200 or more a year , not to mention the 100's l spend on gift cards for employees and family members. Unfortunately I will not go to this location again.. Shame on the Manager for creating this environment! Customer Service is everything in business. Without it customers will not come....

This is a mobile pick up location only. I’ve picked up from this location twice now and both times were flawless. My order was ready and accurate and I’ve received friendly service both times. There are some tables at this plaza so if you wanted to stick around to enjoy your drink or food, there’s some seating available. Parking has never been an issue when I came in the mornings.

I've ordered from this location twice. It's a mobile order pick up location only . It's located by the Crumbl at the end. Both times my order was ready on time when I arrived and I never had to wait. I've received friendly service here as well. If you want to enjoy your beverage or food here, there are some tables outside in the plaza so you can walk over to enjoy. Both times my dog and I sat outside to enjoy the morning sun together.
