The tea and coffee are great. A great place to meet people for meetings or just to hangout.
Clean and fast. There was no crowd. Ordered my usual, no complaints
With five employees on duty they told me the bathrooms are dirty. No one to clean it so I couldn’t wash my hands to eat my sandwich. I end up canceling my order. They did not even ask me why they don’t care.
I much prefer Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf over Starbucks. Coffee Bean tastes better and is less expensive. I just wish they had more locations
I ordered a drink on the app at the Rancho Cucamonga store. I went into the store and was told I did not have an order at that store. I was in a hurry so I left the store quite embarrassed thinking I ordered at the wrong store. Later in the day, I notice the charge on my cell for that particular store. I then emailed corporate and they emailed me back that I would have to go back to that store in order to get my refund. I even sent corporate a screen shot of my receipt. To have a customer travel 15 miles to get a refund is ridiculous. We all make mistakes but when you realize your mistake mak
e it right! Corporate never made it right. Bad business policy and DEFINITELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I loved my starwberry ice blended drink that was so amazing and it is recommended as the best drink ever.

Restrooms are not available cause they need to be cleaned 🤷🏻♂️Mr. Lee needs to be nicer. I don’t care so much for bad juju so early in the morning.
When I finally got to use the restroom. 15 minutes later, there was dry urine on the floor.
I don’t think Mr. Lee like my mustache, and made me wait.
I really hope he doesn’t treat his employees this way.
