The Kroft | Haven City Market is a restaurant that serves amazing food with a vast and unique menu. The portabella steak sandwich with jalapeño cabbage slaw and cheese curds is full of flavor. The fried chicken chunks over fried chicken Parmesan style, covered in mozzarella cheese curds and red sauce, is so good. The chicken parm sandwhich is delicious. The Kroft Fried Chicken, Garlic Truffle Fries, and Blood Orange Soft-Serve are also available. The Wagyu Smash Fries and the smash burger are super filling with nice crispy edges and a juicy center. The fries are very good. The Mac and cheese is maccin, and the birion egg roll and sandwich are amazing. The garlic truffle butter on the Garlic Truffle Fries complements the savory, umami flavor. The Blood Orange Soft-Serve is creamy and masks the tartness of the blood orange while highlighting its strong flavor. The consumer service is the best, with everyone treating you kindly and with a smile. The order taker answers all questions and gives recommendations that are on point. The food is always so good and prepared so well. The workers really care. The meal can be ready within 10 minutes. The sandwich presentation is beautiful, everything is proportional and clean. The chicken is the perfect thickness, and the fried crust is crunchy without being too hard. The jalapeño coleslaw balances the heat perfectly with sweet flavor. The potato bun is ideal for soaking up the coleslaw juices, garlic aioli, and buffalo sauce. This sandwich is perfect exactly as it is. It is barebones but full of flavor; less is truly more.
