The pizza is so tasty- the sauce is yummy (especially the spicy one!) The dough is fresh and had a great flavor. We will definitely have this again.

Absolutely delicious pizza. You can tell they're making things from scratch with high quality ingredients. The sauce and dough are excellent!

I walked a few minutes after they opened and was told it would be over 2 hours before my pizza would be done. They have to make the pizza dough. She was complaining that Ticktok has made their store too busy. She seemed upset that I was going to order the popular pizza everyone wants. I thought being busy was a great thing for a small business. Two customers walked out along with me because they were told the same thing 2 hour wait. Unfortunately I didn't try the pizza and will probably never go back. I'll check back in a year and see if they're still in Business.

Ordered pizza online, it said it would be 45 minute wait. Called to double check on wait time, they said it would actually be over 2 hours! Because of this, I immediately cancelled my order less than a minute after ordering online. They told me they would refund me and it will come back on my card within less than 10 business days. That was on February 18th. Today is March 9th and still no sign of a refund. These guys are all over the place making excuses, I've called 3 times for my refund, no apology, no offering anything for the inconvenience, just more empty promises. Poor customer service all around and will never eat at this establishment. Will be escalating with my credit card company now since they don't follow up on their empty promises to refund.

We go here every Tuesday when our daughter has dance next door! Our favorite is the Chico! Add avocado it’s a must! We also get other stuff on the menu and it’s always sooo good! Price is reasonable, the pasta and knots are all so good as well. They have a sauce we use with the wings! Owner is so sweet and always kind and gives you suggestions. It’s also always busy so order ahead for sure! 10/10 every time.

No warning that there’s a two hour wait for a simple spaghetti. No chill about how slow they are and unprepared for business. They turned away at least a dozen families in the 10 minutes I was there. Seems bad for their reputation and income. The cashier seemed smug about the popularity. Good luck on your internet fame. Heading to delicious no-wait Graziano’s instead ?

I ordered large pizza with pep and sausage. Only issue I had as well is it really took too long. Was told 35-40 min. Got there about 45 min later and I still had to wait 15 more min. Otherwise crew are very professional and nice.

Stopped by The Parlor Pizzeria since my Gf sent me someone's review on Instagram of it raving that it was the best Pizza in the I.E. Being superbowl Sunday I expected the place to be packed and to my surprise it wasn't. Only about 3 people inside which made me think my order wouldn't take that long to get. The staff was very welcoming. I ordered an XL Pepperoni, 1/2 of the potatoes and a side of garlic bread totaling $46 and some change. My order took 55 minutes to complete. I would understand if there was a line out of their establishment for that kind of timeframe. However, during the time I was there about 10 people walked in to order or pick up (not a lot). They seemed to have about 4 or 5 people working in the kitchen which still has me questioning the timeframe. Also, seems like the girl taking orders up front needs more timeframe approximation. While I waited a portion of the time inside, every person that ordered she would ask a person in the back how long for everything that the person ordered. After finally getting the food home and tasting everything let me tell you that it was not worth the wait time to get the food nor the $46 and some change. Pizza tasted like Shakeys/Little Caesars, potatoes were bland and the garlic bread definitely needed more garlic seasoning. I would definitely not be going back waiting for an hour for an easy order I could get elsewhere that is better tasting and cheaper.

Horrible wait times. You order online but they still make you call to verify. And food is not that good and way overpriced. And after all that, they still expect a tip? Would not go back would not recommend.
