Typical K-BBQ.
Food was ok. Their kimchi tasted a bit off, it had no flavor like normal kimchi would. Had a few people taste it to verify.
Pretty sure its always extremely busy on weekends or nights so expect at least a 30 minute wait. We had a party of 6+ and it was well over an hour wait.
It can get extremely loud with a lot of guests so be aware if you're sensitive to sounds or want a nice place for a date.

your employee amanda is rude, not understanding, and kicked us out for waiting by the front desk, the same way MANY other people were. yet we were the only ones who were told to go outside in the cold. kind of ridiculous. let’s focus on customer service and that rejecting eyebrow piercing. food was delish as always tho.

UGrill is a chain of Korean-style BBQ. They have two locations in Rancho Cucamonga, literally a few blocks from each other. I chose this location as I was at Ontario Mills shopping, and it happened to be closer to where I was. Upon entering, the host took my name, and I waited a whole 5 minutes before being seated. My server, Daniel, came by my table and not only made some recommendations, but offered me an Ice-Cold Cass ( a Korean Beer)....
