As I walked in there was no acknowledgment of me being there. I waited for approximately 3-5 minutes before “I” decided there was no counter service and if I wanted to eat a Wendy’s meal I had to order at the kiosk. I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and 10 pcs chicken nuggets. I was told it was gonna be 7-10 minutes for the chicken and I agreed. A number that was not mine was called out and the person was staring directly at me. I asked if the number that was given to me by the kiosk was the order she mentioned to call and she said yes. As I picked my food up, she stated she had given me a free 6 pc nuggets. I thanked her and left the building and parking lot without checking my food (silly me I know). Once I got home and settled in I opened the bag and my food, to my surprise, the expensive sandwich I paid for was not there. What was there is the original plain chicken sandwich not even spicy. Moral of this story, you earn your money and you want what you pay for, check your bag. I paid for 10-11 dollar item and received a $4 item. At least I got a free six piece nugget I guess. And I wasn’t given a receipt from the kiosk or the front end.

The staff here has been good. Don't have to wait a very long time to get your order and they are generally friendly. Pretty generous on condiments if you need extra. The food is as you'd expect if you've had Wendy's before. Just ok. Tastes the same everywhere. Nothing special.

I passed by to get food and all I can say it they need better managers here. While I was ordering I saw a manager scolding his employees in front of us. This is very unprofessional as I was told he is the general manager. I has asked for his name and they said is was Ismael.

This was the worst customer service ever !! All our food was cold and they rushed us to take the order I’ve been working in fast food for 5 years I get it’s a stressful job . But this was ridiculous the fries were ice cold and Isabel was rude as all hell and she shut the window before we could even ask for sauce how are you gonna have a sign saying available upon request but don’t give the chance to even ask ? The man who took our order got it all wrong and kept interrupting us as we’re trying to order . All out terrible service
