ordered our pretzel dog and was told there will be 15min wait, which is fine for us because there was nice stores around to check out. my bf went to check on them 15min after, was told its still not ready and needed another 10min. okay no biggie, we waited another 10min, and went back to be told the order is still not finish and we have to wait a 'couple more minutes'. we ended up waiting for 50 minutes total for two item and a lemonade. the store wasnt busy, not sure whats going on. will not be coming back

Food was burnt. Service was horrible, had given us the wrong order multiple times. She said "what are wrong with these people" when they were the one who messed up. She also asked "is there anything your forgetting?" When they were the people who forgot/given us the wrong items. The the employee's incoherent And Disrespectful service made us have difficulty time at that location when I just wanted to get a bite to eat.

Came here around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. There were no other customers. There were a few bags of pretzel bites, but only one pretzel available - pepperoni. I had a coupon on the app for a free cinnamon or original, so I just asked the cashier if I could get the pepperoni one with it. The guy easily agreed and gave it to me. Yummy taste and soft pretzel bread!

My son and I were looking through the window watching them make pretzels while my daughter and husband were purchasing a pretzel and Britney the employee gave us the dirtiest look. Rolled her eyes and shook her head. I thought maybe she was looking behind me and I turned around for there to be no one. We continued to watch and she turned back around to again give us an eye roll what are you looking at look and turned around. Never have I been treated this way for just simply looking through a window. The whole point of the window is to watch pretzel making. Im not one to complain about customer service but this girl was the worst.

Laura lacked understanding of how to use register. There were absolutely no preztzels Available. No one greets people when you come in. Food left on counter unattended for flies to enjoy. Cooked and uncooked food was also left unattended for extensive periods of time. I can tell no auditors or senior leaders paid attention to the store today.

The pretzel was semi-raw in the middle. Customer service was just OK but that pretzel shouldn't be raw. I had to throw it out. Won't be back to this location.

Employees do not follow the schedule posted. I went in at 8:10pm and it clearly states they close at 9pm. Girl behind the counter had a stank face and said we’re closed and I told her oh really? Online it says 9pm and it’s not even that time yet. The employee then goes to just give me more attitude and say no we’re closed. The front floor was also filthy.

I stopped by a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. I just ordered my usual pretzel and cheese and the cashier was incredibly polite and welcoming. Her kindness stood out to me because usually they do the bare minimum and just want you to get out of their hair (at other locations I've been to). My cashiers name was Lauren and I wouldn't be surprised if she also works at Chick-fil-a. I would go out of my way to go to this location in hopes that she was my cashier again. The pretzel was also cooked perfectly and delicious as always.
Sometimes your life gets twisted up like a pretzel and you get a sweet tooth at the same time. Wetzels pretzels, always satisfies me with their cinnamon pretzels.

Placed an online delivery order and only received 3 of the 4 items ordered. Not to mention everything is also burnt. Been trying to call the restaurant for the past hour and no one answers the phone. Never ordering online from Wetzel Pretzel again.
