I stopped by a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. I just ordered my usual pretzel and cheese and the cashier was incredibly polite and welcoming. Her kindness stood out to me because usually they do the bare minimum and just want you to get out of their hair (at other locations I've been to). Saddest $6 almond crunch pretzel I've ever had. Barely any almond so I was just eating dough that was just cooked, almost raw. Will never get a pretzel here again. Auntie Anne's will always have the best almond pretzels.

Came here around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. There were no other customers. There were a few bags of pretzel bites, but only one pretzel available - pepperoni. I had a coupon on the app for a free cinnamon or original, so I just asked the cashier if I could get the pepperoni one with it. The guy easily agreed and gave it to me. Yummy taste and soft pretzel bread!
