Drove over an hour and We had an amazing time!!! First time to this location, our server Brittney is amazing!! The manager check on us, food was good, kids had a blast playing games and we enjoyed watching MLB on all their many many screens!! Also parking is great!!

We went into utilize Dave & Buster's cards that we had to play games, did not eat or drink here. There was a nice variety of games, it was not overcrowded so we had a wide variety of games to choose from! It was really fun for a date night! The only thing that wasn't fun was trying to figure out where to park and get into the building when I had just had surgery through weeks before and wasn't supposed to be walking that much. It really was not very accessible, especially in the desert heat! The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, it was a typical Dave and Buster's with lots of noise and bright lights!

Parking: No matter where we parked we had to walk a long distance to get to the entrance. It was not very handicapped accessible unless we totally missed an entrance that was not obvious. Parking was difficult as it was shared parking with multiple other businesses, we went on a weekday in the afternoon and it was still pretty packed as far as parking goes.

This place is awful! Starting with a pregnant host who doesn't do a good job by assigning tables to their servers. She didn't say hi to us, no smile, and had an attitude.
Even though a few boothes were available, we were seated at the high chair table, and guess what? No one took our drinks or order for more than twenty-five minutes. I came to the host to find out what's wrong? She wasn't happy that I interrupted her chat on her phone and ran fast to the kitchen and disappeared there.
As a result, we decided to go to The Yard House in order to have a good experience. In conclusion, we will never be back and would not recommend this terrible place to anyone!

It was a horrible experience. We sat down for 20 minutes. Nobody comes to offer a water or take our drinks. Even I was waving a waiter. He saw me but he chooses to ignore me. We made the best decision to leave this place and went to Yard

The worst experience in the world.
No welcome, no drinks, no food for a long waiting time. On Thursday evening, it was half empty, and there wasn't any service at this restaurant. Never again.

Lots of games for the kids and the food is generally decent

We came here for a celebration event.
And we got just that!
Drinks and appetizers were on a discounted menu, so that helped our party of 6!
Food was good, Drinks were good. Service was good. Adult friendly. Kid friendly.
Look forward for another celebration in the future @ D & B!

Very nice and fun . I'm giving this place 4 stars because It's the first place I go to that refused to give me a paper receipt. I think it's shady that I wasn't given my receipt. Is this a reason so you don't see how they jack up the price. Would like to hear from corporate office on the situation .

This place is a scam. The prices for food and drinks are ridiculous. Prices for drinks are not even listed on the menu. We came as a group before seeing a movie at the theater and were charged “table fees” because there were fights on tv. We weren’t there for the fights and had to see it anyway. Great for kids. Multiple orders were incorrect and double charged. If we had had more time to stay to have the charges fixed we would’ve but we had to get to the show. I definitely won’t be back.

Came to celebrate my daughters birthday(our 1st time to any location)was overcharged by the kiosk 30 dollars which they said would be refunded in a few days. The table when finally "ready" it was still filthy as well as the booth which i noticed in the 20 dollar picture after the fact. The food was horrendous, pasta overcooked and bland. Other entrees were cold. NONE of our food or drinks came together. Took over 30 minutes to get a blue lemonade. The server did get 3 of our 6 dishes comp'd which she was the highlight of the whole experience. As well as the security at 1 point I had misplaced my wallet while dealing wth the ticket situation. He secured it and located me before i realized it was even missing. Outside of those 2 employees. I would give this place a 0. Nothing was clean, the service was terrible as well as the food. There was no tissue when i went to the restroom either. I had to have my 5 yr old check 2 different stalls for tissue. My kids did enjoy the games.

Joseph was fabulous!!! When the corporate office dropped my call and transferred me here and there to get a last minute birthday party scheduled, and no call back, I drove to this location and Joseph took care of reserving what I needed. Even went out of the box to make suggestions for me that made it easier. Corporate line dropped the ball and Joseph recovered it! This location provided excellent service. Titan was also so welcoming. Thanks, guys!
