Dave & Buster's Rancho Mirage

My husband and I had so much fun. There's a good variety of games in the arcade, and the food was delicious!

Once we had to go to another table to get salt and pepper. Both shakers were empty at our table. Then, we had to go to the bar for mustard. The server was very talkative and friendly it that took away from better service.

We reserved 2 tables on open table however when we got there we were told we still had a 30-45min wait as they had a lot of walk-in and reserved table are not guaranteed. So I don't understand why the have reservations if they don't guarantee them. Our waitress was the best tho

Had a great experience today as we celebrated my son's 12th birthday. Snagged tables in the bar area and took advantage of the EAT, DRINK & PLAY deals - ended up doing the $60 bundle for 90 minutes of unlimited play and a meal for each person. Kids had a great time and parents enjoyed the fun too. (A special shout out to Rachelle who served us. Amazing customer service and took care of any question/need we had. Always smiling, friendly and helpful.)

Great experience, was greeted by the host, great communication from the host before we showed up letting me know there was a possibility of a wait. Ashley Brown was our server, she did an amazing job, food was cooked to perfection quality was awesome not a single issue, we will be back thank you.

Great staff, environment and games. With a family of five, i always go home broke but satisfied. Thank you.

I went to Dave & Buster's last night for my birthday, and while the overall experience was fun, the service was seriously lacking. The good: The food was great, and the games were awesome! Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a good atmosphere. The bad: The service was incredibly slow. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart, so I don't think it was her fault, but it seemed like they were severely understaffed. Refills on sodas took forever, and getting extra napkins or plates felt like a mission. The food took about 40 minutes to arrive, and finding a server when we needed something was a struggle. Even when we finally managed to ask for things, they would often forget. I'm guessing they only had two servers for the area, which might explain the delays, but it really impacted our experience. Again, I don't blame our waitress—she seemed overwhelmed. But overall, the service was just too slow. If they can improve their staffing situation, this place would be great, but based on my experience, be prepared to wait a long time for basic service. Would I go back? Maybe—for the games and food. But I really hope they work on their service.

We arrived for our reservation time and once we were taken to our table we still had to wait for them find one more chair before I could sit down. Then we were only given 4 menus when the reservation was for 5. Then only given 1 pair of utensils and to ask for refills and the salad was very brown and had old cherry tomatoes and tasted very dirty. We'll never return to this location.

Amazing server with quick attention and very welcoming. Food was great and value was amazing. 2 kids and 5 adults for dinner under $150 with appetizers is unheard of any more. Games are in good condition and facilities are still well kept. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Well done D&B

Service, food and drinks were great. Because of the theme I knew there would be noise but we were yelling to hear each other.

Great review given what the restaurant is. The food is better than expected (on both visits) and good value. It's noisy but it's a sports bar and game venue. Our grandchildren had a blast playing games while we finished our dinner and drinks. The 9-yr-old proclaimed it the best day ever (OK, she did win quite a number of tickets!)

My husband and I like to go to Dave & Buster's about once a month and share some happy hour type food and a round or two and then blow off steam playing some really fun arcade games. There are always specials and offers going on so you can get a lot of food for relatively little money. Lots of fun!

Drove over an hour and We had an amazing time!!! First time to this location, our server Brittney is amazing!! The manager check on us, food was good, kids had a blast playing games and we enjoyed watching MLB on all their many many screens!! Also parking is great!!

We went into utilize Dave & Buster's cards that we had to play games, did not eat or drink here. There was a nice variety of games, it was not overcrowded so we had a wide variety of games to choose from! It was really fun for a date night! The only thing that wasn't fun was trying to figure out where to park and get into the building when I had just had surgery through weeks before and wasn't supposed to be walking that much. It really was not very accessible, especially in the desert heat! The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, it was a typical Dave and Buster's with lots of noise and bright lights!

Parking: No matter where we parked we had to walk a long distance to get to the entrance. It was not very handicapped accessible unless we totally missed an entrance that was not obvious. Parking was difficult as it was shared parking with multiple other businesses, we went on a weekday in the afternoon and it was still pretty packed as far as parking goes.
