Dave & Buster's Rancho Mirage

Came in for late lunch on Father’s Day with my family of 4, we were greeted and seated right away, great ambiance suprised it wasn’t too busy on Father’s Day. Drinks got to us on a great time drinks were tasty, our service/server were great. One of our Bacon Burgers was a little underdone it was supposed to medium but we got more on the medium-rare side our server sent it back. Coolest part of our dining experience had to be the Kitchen Manager coming back to our table personally he introduced himself (KM/Chef Eric) and apologized for the mistake on our burger and assured us it was cooked to perfection to our liking, he also recommended and convinced us to get a chocolate cake and banana foster cake for dessert which was amazing by the way as well as our food and burgers we had a few laughs and he wished me a Happy Father’s Day, talk about an extra cool service & experience like that, more Chef’s need to be involved with customer experience like Chef Eric did it makes you feel more appreciated and important as a customer and we will definitely be back thank you Chef Eric for making my Fathers Day Better! #chefknowsbest

Had a great time at Dave & Buster’s. The service was great; staff was attentive, and the whole place was clean and well maintained. I had the cheese stick stack and the cheese pull was insane. 👍

The server was shady, pocketed my kids 40 dollars and charged the CC 40.00 over after specifically being told to split the bill that's what the 40 was for ...

The food service is amazing!! My server he was great and very nice food came quick and was good. My issue was the unlimited pass its almost $60.00 per pass and no one mentioned that it has a limit of 1500 tickets that can be earned. I feel that should have been stated somewhere (not in fine print) I did not see that stated anywhere where the passes are nor did my server mention that detail. After 2 hrs of play my grandkids couldn't earn anymore tickets and only after asking the ticket person were we informed of the 1500 limit. At first she was referring us to another person and then as a afterthought she stated there was a limit. The prizes are high ticket amounts the average is 1000 and above and for paying 120.00 for 2 passes I think the 1500 limit was really low. Shame on Dave and Busters for not being honest and upfront. Not to mention the unlimited pass only plays certain games too. The play and food combo gives you certain entrees for a reduced fee and drinks are not included.

The service was excellent, the food was 🔥, just like the picture and everyone was so friendly! It's a great spot for families or for a fun date night. The welcoming atmosphere and delicious food make it a place you'll want to come back to again and again.

Loved the attentive service from every single staff member as soon as we walked in. Food was great and came fast, drinks were on point too. Thanks to management for checking in on us multiple times to make sure we were doing okay. This is my go to spot to have drinks with friends and have a fun time!

Great play to eat and play for the family. Food is pretty good only complaint I have is alot of the time some of the games are broken but other than that if u go during the week its not busy and fun

Came in on Saturday night Got Greeted with smiles right away from the host, our drinks came fast, our service was great, games were fun as always food was pretty solid until we tasted that our fries were cold with our 2 burgers we had. I would have said that would had been the worst part of our experience it ended up turning into the best part of our experience the kitchen manager came personally and introduced himself at our table apologized for us receiving cold fries and assured us new fresh fries and wanted to drop them off personally right away. Wow I never felt so important because it was busy and the fries were perfection! Seeing that extra attention from the chef you don’t see everyday at any restaurant this is what made me want to write this review! Thank you guys, we will be back!

Luis was awesome.We were hanging out with our grandkids and Luis knew exactly what we needed. He recommended the combo meal and a game card which worked perfect for our visit.

Luis was amazing at taking care of our party of 9.
