Nenita, our server, made our experience wonderful. She's vivacious with excellent customer service and anticipated every need. We wish every time we had such a server. The food was fresh and adequate, worthy of the price.

Decent buffet, relatively small buffet, for the price it is OK. The good taste pretty good. Services are good, very attentive. A lot of desert selections. Daily $19.99, with membership card, starts at $16.99.

Use to come here all the time 10 or so years ago. It's very different now and not nearly as exciting. Lunch buffet was 13 bucks with a players card and includes so - so roast beef. Limited selection for my picky taste and quality of food just not that great.

Went tonight for dinner. WOW!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Not sure why they shrunk the place down to half the size of what it used to be. It used to be called Grand Palms Buffet. Should be change to Grand Shrubs Buffet. What a rip. I left and went elsewhere. Even the cashier told me, "its the same place, half the size and not so grand" She was right! Whats worse is that they kept the price of the meals the same! Should be 50 percent less since they shrunk it 50 percent. Will not go back and will tell others to avoid it. Will start going to casino morongo. Much better variety.

So disappointing! They shrunk the place down to half the size but kept the prices the same. I struggled to find food I liked. My son ate literally nothing. (He's picky but can usually find something at a buffet). Would not go back ... even on 2-for-1 Mondays it's still not worth the price. The Oasis buffet in downtown PS is much better (and cheaper!). I hope they don't destroy that one too.

Heart breaking! Been in Palm Springs area forever. Agua was always the place to play, stay, entertain guest (from in and out of town) gather, eat, chill, catch a concert or watch a game. Let's start with the staff... Valet, Bell Hop, front desk phenomenal personable and willing to go the extra mile! Sports bar staff, alright, but service slow, bar staff non attentive (unless you work there and are discussing your dating life!). Casino floor, staff cold, not many smile, machines dirty and sticky with a lot of trash between. Cafe staff ok, bar staff great! The Palms Buffet: Used to be the pride of the area, about 5 times larger and had quality food that would make you comfortable in paying the high prices. Now it is about 5 times smaller, the prices are still high but the quality and variety of the food is that of a rated D roadside disaster! As seen in the picture, this is it. 10 am on a Saturday morning, 16.99 no breakfast menu, food that was warm on bottom, cold in middle and mildly warm on top. Some Mexican, dried fried chicken, wilted salad with not much but cheese to put on top. The only palitable item was the pulled pork. My husband got a slice of the kielbasa, about 2 inches long, he asked if he could have another piece. The cutter rolled his eyes and was gracious enough to cut him another inch (maybe!). The wait staff was un attentive, individuals were required to walk to them to ask for drinks, straws or refills! There was one elderly lady doing everything, all the others (I counted 5) were huddled together talking, and standing at a counter at the end of some tables. When I approached them, after waiting for someone to help me, I asked if I could get some milk, she yelled (yes, spoke very loudly) to a busboy across the restaurant and told him to get me milk! Then went back to talking to her coworkers! The room, tv in bathroom is useless! Not connected to the regular cable, had to call maintenance just to get it on and set channels (because everyone evidently has the same issue as we did and tries to fix it themselves). Once on, no way to turn off. Could not utilize menu on room tv and channels are just subpar as well as service! Over all, a one star is gracious, what was the flower of the desert has wilted and gone away with the times, abandoned for more profit diminished service and quality and a victim of corporate greed! I can not recommend my favorite place anymore... it has died!

The buffet was very small. The prime rib was very chewy, and the buffet was not impressive at all. If you really want to eat, go next to buffet and eat in the food court.

Odd selections without complementing sides. Crab legs super salty.

I usuakky give casino buffets some latitude. This may be the worst buffet I have ever tried. Most of the food was average at best. Crab legs were lowest grade. Tried oysters (I know it was d**** and almost got sick. Horrible.

We were so hungry after the concert so we decided to eat at the buffet, for Saturday night there's not much selection on foods and not so tasty. Not worth the price

Prime Rib, Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Pork were very tasty! I love the deserts. I recommend this buffet if you like Prime Rib and Mashed Potatoes. It is not every day you get to see a whole roasted pig with an apple in it's mouth being carved right in front of you. My wife liked the mimosas. I think it was well worth the price!

They make a good burger ✌

The food is excellent but the selection is limited. Fantasy Springs has a much wider selection but the quality while is good Aqua Caliente is much better. Agua Caliente is less money. So form your opinion.
