First time going! Very cool and neat place! Loved how neat it was to see donuts made. Good donuts and coffee!

Krispy Kreme is the best doughnut place around. I recall eating one as a child (1959) having to hold it with both my hands. But I was hooked from then on. This place opened recently and seems to be packed most of the time. I have to be careful because they are so light and good, I could eat a whole dozen in one sitting. In fact, I did multiple times when I was in junior high school and we sold them as a fund raiser. They have a great variety of things to choose from. They have seasonal specials. They still are available for fundraising. Bottom line is that you can take the boy out of North Carolina but you can't take the North Carolina out of the boy... Krispy Kreme started in NC.

Drive thru was quick. The employee who took our order was polite and professional. Donuts and hazelnut frozen latte was delicious!

First visit was late day, so limited selection was expected, but the apple fritters were undercooked and oily and the doughnuts were dry. Went back the next week early morning and got a dozen glazed chocolate cake. Family couldn't finish a single one and the entire box went to waste. Very disappointed.

My God, how could you not love a fresh warm melt-in-your-mouth glazed doughnut? Walked in just as they were finishing up a batch of original Krispy Kreme. To our surprise, the baker gave everyone in the place a fresh warm doughnut. We were all like little kids. Lip smacking and yummy sounds throughout the store. And that's how you keep people coming back.

Really great to finally get a Krispy Kreme out here they definitely are good donuts and if you plan on going often get a rewards number last time I went I got a dozen free just by using my reward number and I didn't know I had that deal available. Totally worth it if you go regularly.
For Father's Day my daughter made certain we were to try the Krispy Kreme shop in Rancho Mirage. What can I say ...I like that the store was clean. A few people in line and it smelled like Donuts. There was a wonderful front glass counter full of all the different tasty donuts. I give this business 5 stars for a nice donut experience.

Service was not the best last night. There was 3 cars in front of is and we waited for about 15 minutes. When we get to the window the cashier was not friendly. We had a coupon for a free dozen and she seemed irritated when I gave it to her. I even said thank you and have a great night no response. This was very poor customer service.
