Many Mexican restaurants in this valley and with that, the similarities. I look for freshness, proicing and service and Maracas does all three very well. My three street tacos were fresh and super flavorful with two different sauces. Just the right amount for me. I had a good meal at Maracas this past week. I got the street tacos plate and was very impressed with the spread. The beef and the chicken were the best. The fish taco was shredded fish and was a little dry for my liking. The queso fundido con chorizo however was delicious and definitely would recommend to anyone coming by. Who knew you could get ribs at a Mexican food restaurant!! The ribs were meaty, the glaze delicious. Came with a side of veggies which were zucchini veggie mix. So yummy. I wasn't crazy about the mashed potatoes as they had some type of sauce mixed in. I'd still order this item again, I'd just choose a different side.
