The service is first rate. The food is fantastic. The Crispy Chicken Pot Stickers and the Brussel Sprouts are not to be missed. We have dined there as a couple and with friends. “My nephew suggested this place while I was in town and I am so glad he did. The three of us ordered online before we went and it was seamless. I had the turkey, bacon and avacado on a toasted croissant. Absolutely delish!!!! Can’t wait to go back. The staff was super friendly and smiley and that added the experience more than they know! .“

“Friends of ours have brought Luna grill food to our home, but this is the first time we actually went ate at the restaurant. The service is amazing. We were approached no less than four times by different servers asking how we were and if we needed anything else. The food is excellent. The pita bread is warm and tasty and the food portions are very generous, and delicious as well.
I would highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.“

“We order pizza from Palermo Pizza as most of the regular Italian restaurants were closed for August here in Palm Springs, CA. Madison and his daughter Sammi were great and the pizza was excellent. “Our table wasn't quite ready so the hostess suggested a high table for two in the bar area and that was really fun. The service and food was terrific. The portions were generous so we had enough for a dinner the next day. We had our desserts box up. The next morning we had carrot cake and coffee for breakfast and that was delicious. We'll see Trilusa again!“

Portion sizes vastly different, drinks arrived after the appetizers. A couple at the next table left. Waiter and hostess stressed out by so many customers and the kitchen and bar unable to keep upNot a pleasant dining experience.“

There's a lot of competition for this flavor of food and this is the best in the general vicinity of Ramon and Date Palm. Honestly there are roughly 20 plus places to eat on any corner of Date Palm and Ramon. I always choose here for Mexican.“

“We came to Giuseppes for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience! The service was top-notch—our server was friendly, funny, and incredibly informative when walking us through the menu.

We started with the calamari, Brussels sprouts, and some bread, and every single bite was delicious. For my main course, I ordered the Wagyu linguini pasta, which was incredible. I also had to try a personal-size 'The Works' pizza, and it was literally finger-licking good!

Overall, our entire group left completely satisfied. The food was packed with flavor, the portions were generous, and we are definitely coming back the next time we are in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!“

“The service at this location is top of the line. The closing manager on Sunday was awesome. He is very courteous, attentive, and ensures that his workers are also the same. He does it in a great way. Food was also great. Customization was observed (no pickles). Will be back.“

“I really love this place, love their food, but everytime I use delivery I am missing food. I use my reward points but never get the actual food redeemed. Last order was $38 and I was missing dessert, one drink, side order of chips and two side dips…called and no one answers phone. I won’t be doing this again, unfortunately, never once has my order been complete.“

“I switched from Pieology to Blaze after one visit too many with attitude from the employees. Blaze doesn't hassle me at all. For example, when selecting toppings i almost never have ask for more. At Pieology, I would ask for more and get a thimblefull. So I'd ask again and get a half thimblefull more. Blaze does it right the first time.“

“Tge delivery was 40 minutes past the time they said. I can live with that but tge pizza was literally cold to the touch. No one answers their phone, no way to contact them at all. Pretty sucky experience while in vacation!“

“As Panera locations go, this one is above average. It's clean, cozy, and pretty efficient.

You can order at either the counter, or the self service kiosks. Your order is then tracked on a screen so you don't have to wait blindly with a number.

The employees were friendly and quick. The dining area was tidy and inviting, and didn't have that weird chaotic energy you sometimes get from Panera locations.

The food, well, it's Panera. It's fine. It's pretty good. No surprises there. I'd happily return to this location, as I have been to many, many worse!“
