“I hate to even say it because a bunch of Tourism is going to make this place like every other place. But if you're in the Palm Desert Rancho Mirage area there's probably no better authentic place. I'm only sharing this out of Duty because I would rather keep it as a Hidden Gem.“

“I had low expectations, but the fish taco was extraordinary. Generally, casino food court food (Pechanga, Caesar's Palace, Venetian) is mediocre at best. I ordered a fish taco. The fish was not battered and deep fried. No ... pan fried and not overcooked as is often the base. Well presented as well.“

Washed it down with an ice-cold NA Heineken.
It was a super busy day so service was a little slow, but the food and environment made up for it!“

“So great and fun! I’ve had a bunch of the margaritas and they all taste fresh and delicious. Not too sweet and very high quality. The menu changes seasonally and the dishes are ultra flavorful. “I apologize but I have been going to get food at this location ever since they opened. I should have given a review from the start, but I wanted to wait until I truly experienced all of what they have to offer. All I have to say is, AMAZING. Everything from their carnitas tacos to carne asada nachos is the best. I can say I even drink their hot sauce lol. You want food that gives every bang for the buck, you need to go here. They are such wonderful people to deal with, which makes it even better.“

The taste, presentation and service were all exceptional... especially given that they have only been open for three weeks. The Mole Enchilada was the best I have ever had. “Food is great as well as the prices. Margarita are good as well. I will definitely be coming back. I’ve been here four or five times now. The waiter didn’t once ask me once how my meal was. Nor did he offer dessert. The gentleman refilling my water, salsa, and chips was awesome though. Maybe I happen to miss it each time I’m but I really would like to hear some mariachi or other types of traditional Mexican music whether live or recorded. This is a Mexican restaurant after all. “We were here in Palm Desert for a competition and one of our parents recommended we try this spot. Great margaritas and absolutely the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I don't remember the name of the dishes we tried but the pin wheel shrimp and the pork Fajitas are just incredible. If you're in Palm Desert you have to try Guillmores!!! Definitely worth the trip“

Outdoor or indoor patio with mist kept is cool and refreshed. Loved the dim lighting and the modern decor! So inviting and relaxing. Fresh flowers on the tables and comfortable chairs. I had the Chile Relleno with cheese (vegetarian options available, which was super nice!) and my husband had the Enchiladas de Mole with chicken - and both were delicious! The mole sauce is definitely of 5-star quality! It was all so fresh and authentic, with the foods being beautifully presented on the plates. I also highly recommend the horchata drinks there too!“
