“This place is an institution in Coachella, it has been here forever and is full of locals. They have a big menu. The owners and workers are so friendly and the food comes quickly. Open breakfast through dinner. Typical Mexican food done very well.“
“The place is clean the food is delicious the service was good. Love the different sauces they have. I had the carne seca with onion shrimp and lil of cacahuate. Then I had a fish taco it was good. The bread bow of clam chowder was delicious it had beacon taste if you like that I will come back again....one lol thing the music is too loud so when you order make sure the waiters understand what you want other than that 5 ?“
“I already started eating. But beside that, the best chilaquiles! It's a bit spicy, crunchy, and the flavor of the green sauce is so flavorful! I've tried many chilaquiles places and they were ok but these chilaquiles wow! I felt like I was home! I super recommend it if u like a bit spiciness, crunchiness, flavorful, enjoyable, I loved it. Well we loved it my boyfriend and I. and the service incredible too.“

“Not located in a fancy spot but I can tell you the food we got here redeemed the faith we'd lost in the area's Mexican fare. In addition, the folks working the store the morning we got some breakfast stuff could not have been any nicer. Could the dining room be a bit more tidy, yes. Would this be a date night spot, no. But if you want legit good/fresh cooked-to-order Mexican food for a reasonable price, I recommend Santiago's.“

“I was so excited about the seafood tower after seeing all the pictures. The presentation was perfect but the food itself could use a bit more flavor. I enjoyed the guacamole more than the Torre Roka. For $28, it was a decent amount of food, but I don't think I will order it again.“

“If you are looking for an authentic, old school good Mexican food place , Cazuelas could be the place for you. It certainly was for me. Clean and neat without a lot of the standard decorative fussiness Cazuela offers delicious old school and authentic Mexican food. Located at the southern end of Coachella in an older working class area you will never want to overlook a place that the 'locals' flock to. We had the cheese enchiladas and chili Colorado on our first visit. All the sauces taste home made just like our Mama Fortunata made back in the day. Generous portions and fresh tasting we were very happy campers. Subsequent visits we tried the chili rellenos which came 2 to a plate with wonderful beans and rice. And the best shredded beef enchiladas ever!! Beans were creamy and flavorful, rice fluffy and simply perfect and a nice amount of beef in the enchilada. Sense a theme here ? And I can't forget to mention just how lovely the staff is. Efficient and friendly and quick to refill your drinks. What more could you ask for!?!?“

“We had menudo and chilaquiles. Honestly best chilaquiles I've ever had. I got the red and green sauce, they were both delicious. Highly recommend. Menudo is so bomb as well. Only thing is I wish they had a tortilla warmer to keep the tortillas warm“

“I was there on Thursday and the have Tacos for $1.50 I got the plate with 7 different types. They were all really good some better than others. They are small like two bites each but very tasty and filling. It’s an amazing deal. Ordering was slow but then the food was delivered fast.“

“Stopped by a few nights ago for a quick dinner pick up. Ordered the carnitas burrito, on the menu it says it comes with carnitas, guacamole, cheese & pico de gallo. I told the lady when I ordered no pico de gallo but it only came with carnitas nothing else, meat & tortilla. A little disappointing. Also ordered the mini carne asada fries. These are usually always good, this time they were a bit greasy. My kiddos enjoy the kids bean & cheese burrito. I took a bite it's actually really good and good portions (my 2 kiddos shared). I was also bummed because I told the lady the salsas I wanted and they placed the salsas I didn't ask for instead. Other than those two unfortunate things, the staff is usually always friendly and service is quick.“
“I went to CarnitasBoy inside Victory Liquor store in Coachella. I visited this restaurant for my first time since I had read great reviews and let me tell you! Those cueritos and buches were very delicious. After trying the buches and cueritos I regretted that I didn’t ordered the carnitas!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. Next time I visit I’ll be buying more cueritos and buche but also the carnitas!!
