This place is an institution in Coachella, it has been here forever and is full of locals. They have a big menu. The owners and workers are so friendly and the food comes quickly. Open breakfast through dinner. Typical Mexican food done very well.
This is reminiscent of the authentic, family owned restaurants in Mexico. The owner is so very sweet and the food is homey and delicious. It is well run with prompt service, friendly servers, and nominal prices. The sign above the storefront says "Birreria & Taqueria Jalisco", so it may be a little confusing when you want to give a review. Please support this small business if you're traveling on the 10 fwy.
