Krispy Kreme always has consistently good donuts. Right now they have some pretty cute fall-themed decorations and flavors, like pumpkin spice glaze or halloween sprinkles, which is fun! They are a little pricey for being a chain, but we still love them because the quality is consistent!
Why does it say closed at 10pm but when I go into the store the girl tells me they are closed and it’s only 9 pm ?? Change your hours of service !

Don't fall for their .13cents 16 counts doughnuts. I did the math for .13 cents for each 16 doughnuts should be $2.08, but I saw on their website that they cost $16. Don't let these people fool you with their big promotion when they don't honor it.

Ordered 6 different donuts. All but the cake donut tasted terrible. The dough is stiff & plastic tasting. Tried them all & threw all but the cake donut in the trash. I really wanted to like them

I don't eat donuts at all, but it's still nice when someone offers me a free one when I order my morning coffee. I avoid sugar by my doctors orders, but that doesn't mean I'm expected to avoid the kind willingness of Krispy's well trained professional staff. Almost feels like a sugar high just to get that special attention. Oh, by the way, their coffee is delicious.

So I have tried really hard to give Krispy Creme the benefit of the doubt on one occasion where the wrong donut was given to my husband which made him very upset, but when you end up giving me the wrong donut on my second visit. There is a problem with the operations of the store. I went to the thousand palms location and I was looking forward to getting the amazing Boston creme donuts that I love from living 18 years in NY state. When I went to finally take a bite of my "Boston Creme". I instantly knew something was wrong when I looked and the filling was white not yellow. Boston Creme is filled with delicious custard NOT white icing of some sort. I checked all the "Boston Creme" and they are all white icing. IM DONE TRYING... Dunkin Donuts it is...
