Pinzimini and quite possibly the Westin (Marriot) failed to prepare for an influx of guests due to a conference.Entered at 12:10 pmGreeted by server 12:21pmOrdered at 12:27pmFood served 1:36 pmChicken sandwich as photographed might have been half the bun and microwaved globs of cheese.

So the service here was hit or miss - if you get a bad waiter, just ask for another one - the manager was very accommodating and helpful - the food is good, but not great - we ate here four times over our stay

Received outstanding table service from Luis. Ordered the Southwest Salad, which is a meal by itself and the dressing is fantastic. All the ingredients are so fresh and delicious. I think this salad is the best item on the lunch menu.

I reserved a table and went there and found out the restaurant had closed for the season. They should NOT accept reservations if they are closed. Or at least call me to cancel before I show up, and my guest shows up!

My allergies wheat gluten dairy and soy I got the chia pudding with fruits and berries the person I was with bacon and eggs the bacon and the sausage came off the buffet they got a fruit plate instead off toast they said greatest decision I agree because I relied on that some potatoes and my berries the chia pudding was inedible which I believe can be fixed due to a flavor in balance. I told the server there was an issue but I still wanted to pay for it. They gave me a discount.I don’t recommend the chia pudding thing till it’s fixed. Fruit was great though!Dietary restrictions: Allergies wheat gluten dairy soy

Nice service but definitely overpriced for the food quality and the menu. Tries to be fancy restaurant but even dont have tablecloth and used papers.

The service was good, but the food was no good! We felt like we were eating heated up TV dinners. It was definitely not worth the money we paid for a nice evening. Neither one of us finished our meals and we did not take the leftovers home with us.

The food was fine. The service started well then the waitress disappeared! It took too long to order a desert after dinner and far too long to deliver. We decided to leave sans desert

Enjoyed dining on property ahead of a wonderful concert under the stars. The dinner special was Prime Rib and it was prepared to a medium rare perfection. Generous portion size and delicious with a Pinot Noir accompaniment. However,... the REAL treat was the Sunday morning brunch buffet!! Two thumbs up for a most delectable assortment of dishes. Everything from made to order omelettes, warm bread, pudding, and my favorite Eggs Benedict. I have loved the Westin Mission Hills Resort since the mid 80s when Wall Street was on a roll and we would have spring conventions there. I live in Laguna Beach and the Mission Hills is still my choice all these years later.

Not great. Admittedly, I should have known better. This is not a luxury hotel and I should have considered that, but it was convenient because we were staying here. I had a $49 10 oz NY steak that was not as good as steaks I've had at the downtown Vegas $6.99 steak and eggs joints, or at Norm's on La Brea in LA. That's the level of meat quality. Do yourself a favor and if you're staying at the Westin, venture off property and pay the same price for WAAAAAAAYYYY better quality. And my $20 glass of a second tier Far Niente offshoot label was short on the pour. Whatever...now I know to go off property if I want better food. Positive notes - our server was attentive and friendly and brought my kiddo extra cherries in her Shirley Temple so that was a highlight for her. And we had a very nice table on the patio, overlooking the pool so the view was very nice at sunset.

Nobody explained to us the stations we had no idea that their was food stations around the perimeter of the room until we were leaving. Very expensive considering we only thought there was one station. Our server never explained anything to us she didn't clear our plates I cleared our plate plus she only gave us one drink. One great thing was the entertainment he was amazing!

The food was amazing, the staff was very polite and professional and we really enjoyed our dinner. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I wanted to order a salad with chicken breast. They were 'running' low with chicken. So he said I either had to get the chicken main entree or no chicken. He didn't tell me I could go to fireside next door, where they have plenty of chicken. And didn't understand why he didn't send us over here. Super disappointing. The salad was not good. And would not go back.

We used to frequent this restaurant often and always loved it. The setting is pretty and the restaurant is dog friendly. But the menu now is so significantly diminished that there are very few items to order now. 3 appetizers, 6 entrees and very little Italian influence now. It is too limited for us now.

We tried the restaurant based on the extensive menu shown on their website. Unfortunately, their actual menu was completely different and very limiting. We mentioned this discrepancy and they were very apologetic and said that this has been a problem for awhile. The menu is so limited that I told our waiter (who was very nice) that if the actual menu was on website we wouldn't have come.
