I have gone to this Red Robin many many times over there last 15+ years and loved each time I went there. But today was the first time I actually went to have my veterans lunch for free that they give on Veterans Day and their service could not be any better than it was. Kudos to the team, kudos to the food and kudos to the atmosphere. Thank you for taking care of us veterans.

Food was ordered at 6:40 and they said it would be ready by 6:55, we placed the order and have been waiting since. We get here on time and the food takes another 15 extra minutes to get our order… waited very long for some mid quality food, wish we had a more accurate time estimate so we didn’t have to wait so long

Got the MadLove burger and it was fantastic. Candied bacon gives it a nice sweetness without being overwhelming. Service was on point, attentive and friendly.

Love!!! We’ve been going to this Red Robin for years and it is and has been fantastic! The few times we’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and exceptionally. The manager Jose is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Food is delicious and service is awesome!
Vegetarian options: Love the veggie burger!
Parking: Lots of close parking spots.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love going here. Lots of cool stuff to see.

This place has turned into a chuckle cheese alternative... management, Jose impartial, seems disinterested and non caring about guests or in-house problems... If it was for Gina, Wendy, and Nicole, we would definitely spend a good chunk of money almost every week somewhere else... options, there are always options...

Food and desert were good, however the service was lacking, our server was taking care of a lot of tables and had no time to circle back and help us, ordering endless or bottomless sides was meaningless as we could not ask the server for a refill, accordingly the price of 18 for a burger is not worth it and way over-priced, it will be ok if we got refills on sides and if the service was at least good.

**Surprisingly Great Thin Crust Pizza!**
I had some amazing pizza at a pool party recently, and I noticed Donato's on the box. When I tried to find it online, Red Robin kept showing up, which surprised me—I never would’ve thought to order pizza from Red Robin! But it turned out to be fantastic. The thin crust is perfectly done, and the *Very Vegy* pizza was a real surprise—usually, veggie pizzas are bland, but this one was packed with flavor. The pepperoni pizza was equally delicious. Highly recommend!

The Red Robin in rancho mirage is absolutely the best place to eat a burger or other types of food. You get greeted by staff that are very friendly and seated right away. You were then waited on right away by an outstanding food server named Nicole. Nicole was perfect in every way took my order. My food was brought to me hot and tasty and I didn't have to wait for 30 minutes to get seated once I was seated at the Red Robin in La Quinta. I do not recommend that place. But Red Robin in rancho mirage gets a 10. I would have suggest ordering the bottomless sweet potato fries. They are absolutely tasty.

Plentiful parking attendant host and waiters and food was fast and hot as well as tasty. Great stop before the theater.
