Always love this place. But they could of sat us up front seeing that im using crutches. They sat us at the very back were I had to maneuver through people on crutches which I almost slipped twice on the floor due to water or food on the floor.

The food was great. Bianca provided exceptional service, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only less satisfying part was the tab, 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks including tip was almost 100$. A bit pricey, but you have to keep the doors open somehow.

Bad service! Hispanic bartender girl under-pours drinks at the bar at happy hour, ordered 2 beers and both were barely 2/3 full, took one sip and drinks was half done, not worth it.

I went on the evening of the 13th of July. The hostess was rude. Rolled her eyes even. I was super bubbly and polite with manners. That was wild. The server however was lovely. I believe she was the bartender also. I was taking someone out to dinner for their birthday and they had nostalgia over Red Robin's. The service was great. The food was far too salty for me and I'm not salt sensitive. The burger in particular. The atmosphere was meh simply because of the children screaming, which was no fault of the business. Children do that. Just wasn't a vibe I was into. The server was great.

Service absolutely horrible server completely clueless took them ages to give out simple refills and to receive the check. If you want bad service and cold food eat in at this RR. Avoid completely would have rather wasted my time driving to their LQ location or even PS.

This place has the best fish & chips! You wouldn't expect this dish to be so good in a hamburger restaurant. However, it is so good that it is my go to choice over the burgers.
