Found this spot while coming down for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Luckily we called ahead and were able to get reservations as the spot isn't very big. To start, the service was AMAZING. I only dine here for special occasions as menu items are very pricy. Small, quaint place. Food is awesome. Extensive and great selection for Sake. If Sake is your thing then you pretty much found the best place in the valley (hence why I visit this place). Great for dates, celebrations, and other special occasions. More of a hit than a miss here. Will continue to done here on occasion.

Interesting to find a shabu shabu place in the middle of the desert. The service was good, but could improve it bit.
