Wasn’t treated with a friendly attitude, instead, with some microaggression.

Every Friday morning, my men's group gathers for breakfast at SiBon, drawn back week after week by the warm "Bonjour, Messieurs" that greets us at the door, expertly prepared dishes, and attentive service that makes us feel genuinely welcomed. Their prix fixe menus—offered during the off-season and for special occasions—deliver great value without compromising quality. Simply put, SiBon is one of those rare places that keeps us coming back—and one of my personal favorites in the Coachella Valley.
Its like having breakfast in Paris! The food came out fresh and hot, the way we like it. Their Coffee is the real thing!
Wonderful meal. Food and services were excellent. Money well spent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I loved your restaurant so much the food was amazing and super good. The service was fast and great - five stars from me.
Recommendation from Luka and Mary Ellen.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, amazing service! Hard to highlight the best food as everything was exceptional! The home made gyoza was one of the best we’ve had, the okonomiyaki was just as good or even better than being in Japan with outstanding presentation), the sukiyaki was very tasty, the traditional shabu shabu was excellent, the coffee jelly with cream was light, not too sweet and perfectly made. Thank you to all the staff also for their excellent service which made the meal that much better!

Si Bon was wonderful! The food and service as a 10/10. I will say, when we arrived, it was EXTREMELY busy. Completely full. The staff was running around taking orders, making drinks, trying to accommodate everyone and every request. Our server was not only our server, but also the bartender for the whole restaurant (I believe)! Food and service took a a few minutes longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. The restaurant manager checked in on us twice, making sure we were comfortable and happy. Anyone who has ever worked in the service industry would acknowledge how hard these individuals were working. I left completely full on amazing food, and completely impressed on the restaurant staff. 10/10 again. Thank you Si Bon staff and manger. <3
My first time, I went for Valentine’s Day. I liked that it was small but comfortable. Looking forward to going again.

I always enjoy Si Bon for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, or dinner. Due to the holiday weekend, it was more crowded and noisier than usual. Service was slower, as well. However, that was expected and understandable I will be back with a houseguest this week. MLS

We had an amazing Shabu shabu experience. The waitresses did a great job of explaining the set up for us and we had a great and healthy meal.

This restaurant has extremely poor service. We were not offered water throughout the meal and only received it at the very end after we asked. The server did not apologize. The owner stood nearby, staring at us and chatting in Japanese, which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The environment was especially unfriendly toward children. To make matters worse, the owner handwritten a suggested tip on our receipt, which came across as very rude and inappropriate.
We were seated outside, there was inconsistent warmth with it being a high wind evening. Of course we could have asked to move. Happily surprised at the courses we tried, squash blossoms were raved about, as was the tuna tartare & homemade bratwurst! The Caesar salad was the only bland thing we had.
We love Si Bon. We visit the restaurant every time we're in the desert. Great service, great food and a great time.
