First of all, I love Honeybaked ham food products. But my recent experience attempting to order a "Quarter Ham Meal"" for my husband and it was a nightmare. First of all, the website was malfunctioning and wouldn't take my order. I tried calling, but they "don't take orders by phone" despite their technical problems. So I drove there, was assisted by a very nice lady who attempted to help me place the order. Long story short, instead of an $88 meal for the two of us, I had to spend almost $140 for ala carte, because when the employee called my order in, this item wasn't available by ordering this way. I'm 83 and disabled, my husband is 85...I had to drive and order at the store, plus ended up paying much more money than advertised. When I expressed how unhappy I was to the store manager, her response was "Sorry." No attempt to help, no explanation as to why I had to pay so much. Don't think I will be back.
UPDATE: Tried the contact email address from owner's response below; it doesn't work. Go figure.
UPDATE # 2: As the email address provided by the owner was incorrect I called the store and spoke to the manager. She assured me she would speak to her district manager and “get right back to me” That was over 3 days ago...not a peep. How does this even come close to good customer service?

Took it outEvery holiday my family buys a ham, potato salad and baked beans. This year the potato salad was nothing more than chopped up potatoes and onions. The only thing that a person could taste was the onions

It has been a while since visiting a honey baked am store, and I was anxious to try the ham salad. I took a pound home to make sandwiches. They were pretty busy, and only 2 staff present. Theham salad was just too smoked flavored for me. I had the aftertaste for hours after eating. However, I would probably try the ham sometime.

If you just want to buy a ham do yourself a favor and pay for delivery. 4 employees total 1 walking around just looking confused, 1 just guy just asking to leave constantly, 1 guy I think was the manager just kept popping out to stare at the line of people and not help and the there’s the 1 woman working the register and making sandwiches after every order at the speed of a snail! Never again!!! Poor management, poor efficiency and 35 minutes to pick up a darn pre-paid ham! Do better!

Delicious ham. We purchased a 6 pound 1/4 ham on the bone for Easter, fantastic. And they make up deli sandwiches for a quick lunch, many choices, all great. Good service. No dining in, take out.
We placed an Easter dinner online order for 4 side dishes. We placed the order 2 weeks in advance, paid in full, and set the pickup time for 3 pm. on the Saturday before Easter. We kept getting emails confirming our order, and I got a notification via email that my order was ready.I arrived at 3 pm, as scheduled, and was told that two of my items ( cheezy potatoes and yam souffle) were sold out, and they were not available. I was livid. They tried to make a joke out of it, and I said it was not funny. Our Easter dinner for many people was planned around 2 of my 4 side dishes.I thought I would be picking up a bag of 4 items, ready for pick up.They offered a refund saying supplies were not delivered as planned. Not my issues. My order should have been packed and waiting that morning out of available supplies. They sold my items as supply lasted and before I arrived. I was out of luck and had to totally re-plan our Easter dinner.I will never order from Honey Baked Ham again. Terrible customer service for items, pre-ordered, and paid well in advance. Go elsewhere.

We ordered online and prepaid days before Easter. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were advised that what we had ordered was sold out. We were told that we should of come two or three days earlier to pick up even tho our pick up time was confirmed. No apology or a solution other that is was our fault for not picking up days earlier.

Great club sandwich for $10, and I love the variety of meats from which to choose.
