We had a reservation for five they sat us at a table for four good thing ,The other person backed out the last minute . It was for my granddaughter‘s 20th birthday. I put birthday on there, but wasn't acknowledged for her birthday, which is fine. We acknowledged her haven't been for a while and probably won't go back for a while. Nothing special and nothing horrible , just disappointed.

Came on Super Bowl Sunday after the game ... found out restaurant was closing early. Still had a great meal ... surprisingly it took a bit to get our entrees, regardless, it was still delicious!

The service was not good! Not asked about cocktails, not told about specials. Meals came before our salad and bread and wine came but no glasses as they were out. Offered drink glasses in lieu. Meals went back until salad served but then very rushed. We are sure it was our original orders as pasta was hard and meatballs also. Our waitress was replaced by a fellow who provided great service, but, what a mess the whole experience was.

Perfect! This was our 4th visit in a few months and our best visit. Our server, Noella, was personable, efficient and pleasant. Our dinners were beautifully prepared and served hot. We enjoyed every step of our meal.

I have been a customer of The Old Spaghetti Factory for about 40 years, and I have visited many of their locations. My first time was their location in Newport Beach CA, I have also visited their location in Spokane, WA and Honolulu HA and Louisville KY and several other locations in California. For the past few years I have been going to the Rancho Mirage, location since it is near my home, and it seems to be getting worse. On this last visit we went for my birthday, we had reservations at 5:00 PM and they sat us at a table in the bar, the bartender had to wait on us and also take drink orders for the restaurant, so she could not provide us good service. The server/Bartender seemed to be unorganized when she brought food and items to our table, we had to keep asking for spoons or items, and she was so busy that she never was able to check back with us. We decided this was not her problem it was the problem of the Management. I was also disappointed when I asked for extra salad dressing and I was told that I would be charged for it, since I have never experienced that before. As I first mentioned I went for a birthday celebration, and the restaurant never acknowledged my birthday as they have in the past at other locations, I was verry disappointed. The food was not as good as it has been in the past, they had less sauce on the spaghetti, and I doubt if I will be returning to the Rancho Mirage location. I do not recommend this restaurant when there is so many other restaurants in the area worth trying.

We've been to Spaghetti Factory many times and this the first time we received terrible service. We arrived early so it was not crowded. We sat there for 15 mins before the waiter arrived to get our order. Ordered food and then waited about 20-30 mins for the bread, which is very unusual. About 2 mins after receiving bread and salad, our main entree arrived. Anyway, we finished eating and didn't see our waiter the whole time. We wanted ice cream so we waited and waited and finally asked another server where our server was. Turns out he was on break 🙄 Another server got our ice cream and gave us the check. Very disappointing

The wait for food was ridiculous then our server advised they ran out of spaghetti! How does the SPAGHETTI Factory run out of spaghetti?

A very consistent experience, excellent service, good food. The drinks, however, kept this from being a five star review. The sangria came in a tall glass with ice - minimal wine. Other mixed drinks were mediocre. Stick to wine or beer.

Our server, Marco, was excellent. There were some crying children that we could hear from our table, however which can't always be frustrating when you are trying to have a nice meal out.

We were so lucky to have had the most attentive and sweet server. I believe her name was Yulissa? Sorry if I have her name spelled incorrectly. Great, efficient, friendly service can really make a difference in your dining experience. We were afforded that this night. Thank you! :)

The restaurant was great. They accommodated our large party easily in a semi-private room. Our server, Wes, was terrific handling such a large group and with toddlers running around.

We usually have a great time at The Old Spaghetti Factory, but this time the service was very poor and the quality of the food wasn't up to their normal standards.

This is a great place for families to dine. The portions are huge and shareable. It is certainly not fine dining but good food served in a unique setting.
