They aren't here anymore. Now it's a Greek to go place. If anyone knows of they are opening in another spot, please shout out. Best sushi, best value.

Small portion. I took a chicken Teriyaki, which was swimming in salted sauce with a small portion of rice.

this place is amazing!! i'm so sad i've been overlooking it for so long . the sushi is so flavorful, fresh & not expensive! the lady that works behind the counter is so kind. was immediately greeted upon arrival, cute little shop while you wait for your food . i think she threw in a free hand roll for me (since i didn't order one) which was awesome and it'll 100% make me come back indefinitely! please come here and support their business!

It's OK. Think of it as somewhere between gas station and grocery store sushi. Was massive portions and huge rolls that were a little difficult to eat without falling apart. Tried calling and ended up going in. Place was empty still took almost 40min to make my order. Might go back as not many options in that part of town.

Located in the Albertson's-anchored plaza in Rancho Mirage, To Go Sushi offers a good value but it's not close to a 5-star establishment. This was my first time ordering from them so it isn't like I've got a lot of experience with them. That said, here's what I experienced:It's a very small take-out shop fronted by a nice woman who took my order (teriyaki chicken bowl and a Dragon roll). When I got home and opened the package I found a nice size Dragon roll but without any unagi sauce that is a must-have for that roll and was supposed to have been included. In addition, there was a 1" piece of cellophane wrap in one of the pieces (I've got a picture of it) that I bit into but recognized that it was a 'foreign object' so luckily I didn't swallow it. The roll itself was otherwise OK and certainly reasonable for the price - but clearly more care should have been taken when it was being prepared. The roll tasted good but given the preparation issues I'd have to give it a 3/5 rating at best. The teriyaki bowl, in contrast to the roll, was filled with sauce - which I personally like though others might have a problem with. The chicken was grilled and where there were dark grill marks, there was some faint bitterness - but again it didn't bother me. If the chicken was marinated before being grilled I certainly couldn't tell. It's not a 5-star teriyaki bowl (the sauce is basic and the chicken is tasteless without the sauce) but I'd give it a 4.So in summary, keep your expectations modest and you'll be rewarded with better take-out sushi than you can pick up at your local grocery store, at a pretty good price. As noted above there were preparation issues with my Dragon roll but hopefully that's not representative of their typical food service.

Fish is fresh here and prepared quick! The owner himself is the sushi chef. My favorite sushi spot when I'm in town here.

We visit the Coachella valley about4 times a year, and each time we make it a point to pickup sushi from To Go Sushi. They offer a variety of sushi rolls, hand rolls, and teriyaki bowls. We always choose the California roll platter A which includes 20 pieces of Cal Roll and 10 pieces of spicy tuna. The pieces are larger than many other places in the desert and the price is reasonable . This business is run by locals with no other staff and everything is made on the spot.Give them a try and support local businesses.. no frills , just good food !

Great for the price! Wait times are short. It's the only sushi place I go to. The lunch specials are really good
