The place was beautiful, the drinks were good, musician was lovely the food was subpar and not worth the amount of money things were priced at.

Not great. We had really high hopes and were excited to eat at Wally's. We did our research, since it was our first time in Palm Springs, the menu looked amazing and so did the restaurant. We are huge fans of Prine Rib and booked base on the Friday night Prime Rob Special. Only to find out after we were seated and ordered drinks that “the truck didn't make the prime rib delivery”. We decided to stay and give it a try.....big mistake. The servers acted very put out that we were there and seemed to have a hard time understanding our request to have our appetizers served as our entree. And then seemed very frustrated with us for their screw up. From that point on we couldn't get drinks refilled, plates cleared. In fact, we were never even offered a dessert menu and had a hard time getting out check. What we were hoping to be a memorable dinner in beautiful Palm Springs was extremely frustrating and memorable for all the wrong reasons. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I feel like the food quality doesn't match the price point. Drinks were fantastic, food was just so so. Took a considerable amount of time after appetizers to get the entrees. Crème brûlée was an injustice - more like flan. I think you can do better for the money.

Wally's is a tradition here in the Coachella Valley. Mixed drinks and wine selection were both excellent except the print on the wine menu was too small to read. Everyone enjoyed their meal especially the short ribs and sea bass. Crab cake appetizer was excellent as well. Personally I find the menu somewhat lacking in creativity. Wally's needs to update their menu and/or have more than one special each evening. I also do not care for their current approach to service. We seemed to have several different servers rather than in the past when we usually had one main server and perhaps one assistant. None of the servers seemed especially well versed in some of the details of the menu. Overall I would recommend Wally's but I would also like to see some improvements. It's a “fine” dining experience needing some “fine” tuning.

Such a great experience! Food was incredible, but the staff really make this experience memorable. Very attentive, polite, and efficient. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, and definitely enjoyed our wedding anniversary dinner here!

Very nice old school ambience. Jazz in lounge/bar area. Musician strolled around the room playing singing. very cool. Mocktail more than glass of Sav Blanc. French Onion Soup was just OK, Ceasar good, Escargot was good. Shrimp cocktail pricey. Lamb Rack is presented as two thick, 2 bone chops that are hard to cut. Both chops were under cooked and under seasoned. After struggling through first chop, had to send back 2nd rare chop to be cut into 2 chops and cooked to med rare. Coucous bland. Sea bass was very good. Bread and service was good. Nice evening- maybe just had the wrong thing. Would go back again but try something else. This was my father in-law 's suggestion. I paid, so I expected more for the price. Complimentary Valet!

A great experience! The food, the service, and the vibe were amazing. Even though we did have a reservation and showed up on time we did have to wait for 15 minutes for our table. They let us sit in a room that was not being used right near check-in and did allow is to order drinks, so that was nice. Would have been better if they comped a few of them. Our wait person was great and the food was equally as good. Looking forward to going back
