The pizza's below were purchased 7 months apart. So here are some things to note. While the pizza is not as amazing as it used to be it's still a really good pizza. Better than 80 of all pizza chains out there. That said here are some things you need to do to get the pizza to crunchy crust and gorgeous cheese pull. Do ask for extra cheese (this a new thing) so that there is an actual cheered pull to the pizza. You also need to ask for your pizza well done. You'll wait longer but it's worth it for that satisfying crunchy crust bite. The second photo is of my pizza with the above adjustment. It did not disappoint. The service here is good as well you need to come when they are not busy and know that you are going to wait for the quality you are expecting. I'm glad to see this place is back on the right track to making great pizza.

In my usher voice YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!! Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious!!!!! ? Next level authentic, thin crust, wood oven crunch!!!!! Yikes the best part is the red sauce!!!!! OMG I ate half and didn’t even realize it when you order the 24 cut slices. You can see the steam arise, I’m in love y’all ? Burratinos is our new favorite pizza spot! The pizza here is beyond delicious. It’s no shock they have a line out the door! Desire and Sophia were super nice and provided us with excellent service! We felt so welcomed and are looking forward to calling burratinos our new pizza home :)

This pizza was worth the drive from Los Angeles to the San Pedro area. Customer service was outstanding, the restaurant was clean and spacious. I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza. The crust was buttery and crisp. The sausage and pepperoni were packed with flavor.

This review is more directed towards owner/management. I ordered a pizza and chicken wings online and was promised the time when it would be ready. I showed up a little early and the person behind the counter said it would be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes passed and I went up to see where my order was. Apparently it had been made and was sitting in the back and was never brought up front. The chicken wings were ready ahead of time, so by the time I got home they were ice cold. I think the worst part about it is the person behind the counter told me that the pizza had just come up, and then, when I took it to my car, I could see it been up for a while. I would've preferred if he was honest, and just said he made a mistake versus telling me something that was not true at all. While the food is pretty good, I don't think I can come back. You guys need to get your act together in the back because it's completely chaotic and nobody knows what's going on over there. Good luck

Updated- updated to 3 stars for cleanliness, service, and for Adam personally reaching out. Definitely not same pizza as shown on Instagram account. Very misleading. Mediocre at best. Maybe a step up from shakey's.
