The experience is always excellent. Beautiful view, excellent ambiance, top notch service. Delicious food. We shared the cheese plate, which was excellent. I had the Prime Rib special, which was delicious. Even my wife, who generally doesn't like beef, thought it was perfect. She had the sea bass, which was excellent, but we both agreed the prime rib was superior. Had key lime cheesecake, which was also delicious but is unfortunately going away. A really excellent, romantic experience and we'll be happy to return again.

Greatly enjoyed the entire experience. Our server Johnathan was wonderful. He made excellent suggestions from drinks to dessert and everything in between. The special Crab cake Sandwich was delicious. The onion rings were amazing. The Trump Tower dessert was fantastic. Everyone remarked on how well prepared and well presented every dish was. A beautiful setting with a world-class ocean view. We will return as often as we can to experience the other dining options.

Beautiful sunset and luxury golf club. Food - steak and cocktails drinks were perfect. Raw oysters were fresh and yummy. Staff was attentive and the bar was so relaxing! Store - gift shop closes at 5pm, a little early. WE LOVE IT! Must try!

What a disappointment our dining experience was! The clam chowder appetizer was so heavily salted that it was inedible. The oysters on the half shell were so tiny, and poorly shucked. The main course lobster ravioli was terrible; the lobster overcooked and ravioli was gummy. The 18 ounce rib eye (medium rare) was tough, and difficult to chew. The only redeeming quality was the waiter- who made the most of our experience. We won't dine here again.

We appreciated the Chef coming out providing us with options, Servers Modesto, Gustavo & Kevin were very kind and attentive. Thank you for making our Holiday high tea feel extra special and not making us feel rushed. We will definitely be back for your Surf & Turf along with the Prime Rib dinners.

I had eaten at Cafe Pacific last month, and loved everything about it. My review at that time was "It was perfect in every way". This time, the food two of us had, (sandwiches) was VERY dry. We both struggled to eat less than 1/4 of our meal. If my recent visit was the norm there, I would not return.

A beautiful setting with amazing views of the Pacific and Catalina Island, a creative menu very well-executed, and a caring and professional staff! A truly great value and among the very best experiences inSoCal!

view overlooking the ocean and catalina island, just wonderful. Ate there for our 20th anniversary. Super friendly staff, gave us an anniversary dessert with inscription on chocolate.

My husband and I enjoyed a luncheon that was as perfect as a luncheon could be. The venue at Cafe Pacific was perfect -- beautiful (indoors and outdoors), the service was exceptional, the staff were friendly, and the the food was amazing, In our opinion, everything was perfect!

We went for Sunday's prime rib dinner. Service and meal were outstanding. The portions were large and could easily be shared. My wife thought the red wine she had by the glass was excellent and a decent value.

The food was good, and we enjoyed the view and atmosphere. This is not my first time had a lunch or dinner at Café Pacific at Trump National Golf Club in LA. We love the place! We will recommend for family and friends.

Beautiful restaurant! Well lit and peaceful. Ocean view from each table. The grounds are very green and beautiful A previous review said the wait from ordering to food arriving at table was about 30 min. Not true for us, it was much faster. The server explained they make everything fresh when it's ordered. nothing is prepackaged or “fast food.” Menus choices had something for everyone. Our server helped with choosing the wine and the pasión iced tea was very refreshing. After we ate we walked around the public grassy beach area in a beautiful and relaxed environment. Everything was very clean inside and outside. Reasonably priced lunch menu. The staff were all professional and friendly. We recommend this restaurant and we will become dining regulars there!

When I went to Trump National for dinner on August 6, the food was great. My review would have been 5 stars. However, after recently coming back for Sunday brunch on my birthday (Sept. 24), I must give this place 2 stars for the following reasons: 1) The price of the Sunday brunch is now $150 per person instead of $125. It was $125 when I went on August 6. A month and a half later, it's now $150. Atrocious! And the buffet certainly is NOT worth that much, I can tell ya that! I'd say that I enjoyed about 60% of what they had on offer. 2) No salt and pepper shakers anywhere on the tables. And, 3) No toothpicks. How on Earth can you not have toothpicks at a restaurant that serves meat? Or at any restaurant, for that matter? Heinous. Although the food was decent, the brunch buffet isn't worth $150 per person. If you want a good buffet, go to Yamaava Casino in San Bernardino. Their lobster buffet is to die for, and it's only around $65 per person. The Trump buffet didn't even have lobster. Shrimp cocktail, sushi, caviar (cheap kind), oysters, and crab claws were the only seafood they had. For $150, I certainly do expect lobster there. Maybe if they offered lobster, then the price tag would be worth it.

The room decor is elegant with an awesome ocean view. It is hard to find that combination in another restaurant. The food is artistic and delicious. The waiter was polite and knowledgeable but absent for long periods. The room was pleasantly quiet.
