The young lady Juliana who took my order after I placed it online check my specific instructions, and the food was made exceptionally well, including my Oreo shakes. Last night I got the milk tea boba at the Jack N the Box on Gaffey Ave. And it was so good 10/10. This morning I went to the jack n the box on western and ordered the milk tea again and the boba were hard, they weren't soft and chewy. They were probably the boba left over from the day before ... I was very disappointed.
