Chicken katsu used white meat and was quite dry. Had to use a lot of katsu sauce. The mac/potato salad was unique and liked it very much.

My goto plate place since the mid-2000s. The pricing has been increasing, but the food portion and quality are about the same, and it's around 16 to 20$ a plate currently.The place has little parking up front and a small eating area, so I highly recommend phoning in the order and picking it up to go. The katsu and beef dishes ironically are better than the chicken teriyaki dishes as well.

This is the Poke plate, known as the tuna with avocado. I really enjoyed the portion sizes & the ginger was really good.Poke means "to slice or cut" in Hawaiian referring to cubes of marinated sushi grade fish which is then tossed over rice. As a native of San Pedro, I amhappy to support them as they have been here for a long time. The customer service illuminates at this business.

Amazing food! Steak is high quality. Would 100% recommend! Price is great for the quality of food. Salmon is also really good! Make sure to get the habanero sauce if you like a little hot kick.
