I placed an order on the app and have never really had more than four occurrences where I left absolutely annoyed and upset. I understand that things happen but the girl gave my order to someone else and that made me have to wait another twenty minutes plus I was running late for work. No real apology at all. My time is valuable and I do not appreciate having to wait that long only to come back and wait longer while the two girls are in the back giggling. I do not even want anything more from this location. The food might be decent but it is not worth the headache. Do better.

Extremely slow service, they do not update app status so hard to know where in the process they are at. I've been ordering through them for years, terrible ass experience

I've been ordering from here for a long time using their website. The pizza wasn't always the best but because they have Papa Points, I could get discounts or the occasional free pizza. My main issue is that their delivery service got replaced with DoorDash.

I'm not a fan of DoorDash because those people have consistent issues. The original delivery people knew our residence well, were always wonderful to deal with and would come directly to our door. The DoorDash people didn't even know what "No soliciting" warning on the front meant because the guy's English was nearly non-existent.

Now, I learned I can't even order delivery through their website which means I've lost my points and I hate driving to their location because it's hard to get in/out of from where I live. So there's no point in me ever ordering again. Very disappointed.

The lady that was taking my order was mean, the pizza got here soggy and raw I paid full price for a raw and soggy pizza.

Where to start. As I was waiting for my pizza I seen it coming out the oven. The person running the oven pushed another pizza on top of mine and bent it in half. I watched as one of the workers who was just touching the register go over and proceeded to use her fingers to move the pepperonis and cheese around. Then they let it sit there for about 5 mins get cold as they boxed about another 8 pizzas. Beyond disgusting. The manager proceeded to make me a new one only after i complained. She was apologetic but does not change the fact that her workers seen me standing there and still proceeded to act in this manner. The last time i will ever buy from this establishment.

For takeout pizza, it does the job. I found the calzone to be a little weak but any sauce zips it up good. On the plus side, the cheese stuffed crust was tasty.
