I called from the parking lot but no one answered. I walked inside and guy comes out from the back and looked at me like if was a monument. Then lady comes out from the back on her cell phone and proceeded to help. She was like an AI with no sense of life. The pizza was good but the service was not. No, it was not busy at all....

Amazing pizza, no waiting time and the ladies working are wonderful and very welcoming. HOWEVER, the male packing all food items behind the counter appeared to come back from a delivery, walks into the place without washing his hands and prepares multiple meals including mine. I did not want to make a scene, however this is a flu/covid high season and there are no excuses for skipping sanitary guidelines. I will no longer shop at this location.

Pizza here is marginal at best, but the two stars are more of a general critic of the phone ordering process, or a "Papa Call" as they like to call it. They farm out the calls to a centralized locale, and the scripted conversation has all the charm of a tech support call, minus the warmth. Too many times in that conversation do things like this happen: "Hi, I'd like to place an order for pick up." "Yes, Michael, would you like to pick that up or have it delivered?" And, "would you like the garlic dipping sauce?""No thank you. I don't want any sauce.""Great! That completes your order of a papadilla and complimentary garlic sauce"*exasperated sigh*Despite that, the person who is as at the cashier was affable and genuinely upbeat. Why not let her take the calls?

Who do they have this texting system in place. My girl ordered a pizza . I get a text saying my pizza was ready . She goes in and it wasn't ready yet . It's been ten minutes and it still isn't ready yet ! I don't get that smhLook see I still haven't gotten it and it is 637.My girlfriend told me the lady rolled her eyes at me when I was turned around . Also the pizza wasn't cut right either . We had to tear it apart and that took away some of the fun too . The pizza did taste good so I'll give them credit for that .

Bad service! Placed my order and it said ready at 6:25. Came to pick up and didn't get my pizza close to 7 because they forgot 1 pizza. Bad bad bad service!!!
