Our favorite Starbucks, not because of the atmosphere (in the middle of Ralphs) or the coffee (like at any Starbucks), but because of the superb and friendly staff running that Starbucks. Special thanks to Eddie for getting us another „Strohhalm“.

We ordered on the app for two iced white mochas, we get there and the girl working there says they are out. On the app, Starbucks locations can edit the availability of their items and this starbucks did not. Marissa was the only girl that was working and her attitude was absolutely atrocious. She told us they were out of white mocha and we asked how we could get our money back and she just said go through the app. The worst attitude I have seen from a Starbucks worker, walking away from us, shrugging her shoulders, and did not try and help us at all. Finally we went to the manager of the Ralph’s and she said Marissa’s boss was out for the day. She called him and he said they actually did have it, she just didn’t look for it. The manager told her to go to the back and look for it. We waited there for a total of 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Finally another manager came over and gave us a $15 gift card for the inconvenience before we just decided to leave. I do appreciate the managers for understanding our frustration, but I would say as a Starbucks worker, at least put on a fake smile and seem a little enthusiastic to make it look like you’re trying.

Came in and attempted to order a caramel Brule, was informed they were out of it. So I ordered a white mocha with add shot. Ended up getting coffee and warm milk, no flavoring. Went to have it fixed but the batista all ignored me trying to get their attention. So I went to return it instead, and they didn't reimburse for the add shot. Manager gave me a $4 gift card though for "my troubles". Went to use gift card today and manager never activated it. So her "I'm sorry for our mistake" was just a slap in the face. I'll never return to this location. I suggest nobody else does either.

I am not a Starbucks fan but I usually stop here for a coffee. Sadly, they don't hire enough people to service all the orders they get. Last time the poor kid had to explain that he was behind, and the only one there, so I left without ordering. Most of the orders must have been online because not many people were there. Someone help them!

I have been standing her for about 5 mins and no one is here. I actually tried to order like 10 minutes before I shot this photo and the girl working the cashier said she was busy and she looked at me with some sort of weird look. So I left and gave her a chance to sort herself out. Came back and there's no one here now. Note it's about 4:15 pm. So hopefully she gets some much help to run the cashier. I guess no coffee for me. Thanks Starbucks at least I saved 5.35$.

I came to get my coffee and there was only one guy taking orders and making coffee, this place should hire more people or put at least 2 persons, kalvin was doing the best as he can ?this bad review is for starbucks not for kalvin

Really do not like writing these type of reviews, but had to since it ruined my whole day of schedule. Ordered my drink for mobile pick up 20 minutes before arriving here. When I got there my drink was not ready, I asked the barista working there Henry where my order was and if it was being made. He had told me he was not going to make my order because I'm giving him an attitude? Waited another 10 minutes and finally the Ralph's manager came and another very nice lady had come and made my drink and food and I was out of there. The funny thing is I was waiting for my order and he made the drink for someone in line who came 20 minutes after me. How is this possible? If you come here, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes if a guy name Henry is making your drinks. This was the worst experience ever going to Starbucks, I go at least 4-5 times a week. Missed my tee time at Los Verdes golf course 0.6 miles away after driving over an hour to get to Palos Verdes because the barista named Henry was so disrespectful and was not willing to make my drink. Thank you for ruining my day Henry but I truly do appreciate the really nice associates that were willing to help me out.

12-20-2022This location used to be ok but now it's terrible. Be good to yourself and go to the one inside the Pavilions about a mile up the road.
