Leucadia Pizzeria Rancho Sante Fe

Terrible service. I called in an order and was told it would take 45 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up, they had nothing in their system showing that the order had ever been placed. I double-checked the number I called, and it was the correct one. The hostess even mentioned this had happened to another customer earlier. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I was offered cookies as compensation for their mistake. I told the manager, Al, that cookies didn’t exactly make up for the inconvenience and that the least they could do was comp the meal (about $52). He disagreed.At that point, I left and said I would be reaching out to corporate. This place has really gone downhill. I’ve been a local since 1986, and the Leucadia Pizzeria I knew would never have treated a customer like this. Unfortunately, they’ve now lost a loyal customer — and earned a well-deserved bad review. Order was placed on 11/22/25 @6:31pm. I am now leaving at 7:39pm without the food!

Kind of disappointing as I was very excited to try out this place. I got takeout with a pizza and pasta. However, the dough on the pizza was still a bit raw in the middle and the cross tasted back. Additionally, the pasta sauce was great, but the pasta itself was over boiled and the garlic bread was stale and not even fresh.

$16 for a turkey sandwhich with like one slice of thin turkey. For $16 it was disappointing.

The absolute best lunch for a reasonable price in Rancho Santee Fe. They are more than a pizza place!

Leucadia is amazing, going to the restaurant is great, the garlic bread is so good. Got delivery most recently and food is still amazing. Lobster Mac and Lasagna are definitely a great choice!

We ordered online, they said 35 minutes and it was 35 minutes. Pizza was hot and delicious! Got three 7 inch personal pizzas. We were all full!! Highly recommend

I had to share because past three times has really been a miss. I have a women's luncheon and have been brining 10 of my girlfriends in twice a month I think its been too large of a party because there were a lot of mix ups and I was given the wrong dish which I just choose to eat because it took very long theater girls were nearly done and we were starving.
Next I ordered an extra tiramisu to take home for my daughter and it had a black hair in the middle first bite.
After this I went again with our girlfriends and again very slow and a miss....
Again tonight we stopped by from post golf at F.R. Country club and I was told the lasagna was beef and then ir turned out it was PORK as in All Pork it was awful tasting lasagna I ever had the meat was salty and tasted bad. I told the waiter he said yes its mixed. but it was. not there was no beef. I feel that wasn't right since I dont eat pork and it tasted awful. I did order other items and disappointed. Despite we gave a good tip but I dont trust them anymore. I gave them a lot of business but they seem unappreciative and uncaring on customer satisfaction
