Please update your business hours. We came around 11:40am and when we opened the door a woman pulled the door to try and close it then said they weren’t open. We had just seen a man come out with ice cream. Google indicates this location opens at 11am , maybe it’s time they update the information available to customers.

Went there with my two kids to order a cake for them. The cashier lady became mad seeing the kids. I still dont know for what reason!!! She then did not even answer my questions but instead chasing the kids when they were looking at the cakes. We left without ordering anything. Probably will never go there again. To the mad lady, not sure why you were mad but you should smile and welcome your customers and especially kids. You are a ice cream store and kids are your target customers

I'm glad I came in today. I met the new owner and she is just lovely. Great stock of ice cream and cakes for me to choose from. I have a sweet tooth so I notice these things. Nice clean store too. If you love ice cream, definitely come by and visit. Tell them Trevor sent you!

Has to be my favorite Baskin Robin's in so cal. The ice cream is great. The drinks and cakes are made amazing. The service is perfect. I make the extra drive to come to this location over any other. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Always clean and the smell of waffle cones being made is great. Love coming here to get my ice cream and cake fix. Highly recommend coming here.

I wanted to try this location but when I arrived it was closed up on a Tuesday at 2:50pm without a sign. Maybe someone called out sick?

Absurdly overpriced. Almost $6 for a children's cup of sherbet - the most miserably small, hollow scoop of ice cream I've ever seen. I'm disgusted enough to stop and review you - you know you are an awful place. Was it worth the bad review? Hope you liked saving .25 cents of capital goods on it. Go to Handels, much cheaper, better ice cream, and much larger scoops. Awful. Will never return.
I still love Baskin Robbins. And this is coming from someone who doesn't typically like ice cream.The ice cream here is the real stuff: it's rich, creamy, and with all the flavors to choose from there's something that appeals to everyone. My mom used to take me to this location when I was a little girl growing up and I'm not afraid to admit I'm surprised it's still here, but I love it.

What an awful experience! I received an email for a free scoop for my birthday so went in to choose one with my 7 year-old. The person, who is probably the owner was so rude & kept trying to lecture me that this was a small business & I needed to support it. Why do they have free scoops available for birthdays? Now I'm sitting outside almost in tears, birthday muddied, & my kiddo is eating my birthday ice cream.Find a closer location! He is MEAN!
